Yes you can have the game installed on 2 devices, but you cannot run the game on both devices AT THE SAME TIME. I use 2 devices and when I close the game on 1 device I give a 15-min grace period before opening it up on the second device (I do this just in case to prevent a ban, etc)

You can run AW, AQ, BG as normal on either device theres no penalty for that. just follow the above instructions and you should be good

Thank you for giving your perspective on this. As the lead on planning this event, I take your feedback very seriously, particularly on how we move forward in future events. As for myself, hosting duties were quite involved with rigid schedules, but I did try to speak to as many people as possible, and tried to give anyone who asked a moment of my time. After all, Summoners Fest was for the players.

I definitely don't think I got to everyone, and I know I missed a few, however, there were some that I didn't get to on Saturday that I was able to get to on Sunday as there was a little more freedom in my schedule that day, so it really is a shame that you decided not to attend on the second day.
Many people came up at the end to the stage and took pictures, talked, hung out, and of course spread lots of congratulations, not only to the winners but on a wonderful event.

With all that being said, If that is how you felt, I think there can be some adjustments made to how we execute moving forward to help avoid situations like this.

Hey dude, sorry to hear you had this experience. I tried to smile at & shake every person’s hand that I came into contact with between all the running around & hosting - talking with all our players there was my favorite part of the event.

The printing in-game name on the badges is something I've seen a few folks mention and that I think is a good idea. The irl names on the back was just for security purposes, but I do think at future events we can take that experience to the next level by making it easier to find folks you know online but don't know in person. I'm also considering holding a pinwheel to improve my own visibility xD

On a serious note though, everyone's experience is personal and unique and I'm sorry that OP's was not as positive as some of the other folks sharing here in the thread. We've connected directly, and like Mike said if theres more specific and direct feedback you're more comfortable sharing one on one we want to make sure we're always improving and doing better. Even if this is your last time joining us at an event, insights here can help us make sure future attendees do not feel isolated or let down at an event. Or at the very least help us do what we can to minimize it.

To everyone here sharing their own positive experiences, I'm so glad you had a good time. To those of you taking time to cheer up OP, you are the light in this community and I value and treasure your empathy and humanity.
