I'm not a champion designer, so this isn't my call, but I will say I am very happy with where the meta has moved in the last 6 months. Drafts, at least below the very top, are a lot more diverse than they were last year when three champions (Bullseye, Serpent and Enchantress) dominated the meta. I think the champion team has done an excellent job with the additions so far this year.
