Re: Arcade Rewards Are Kinda Insane
You don't have to max them (and I don't know if you can). Here is my mastery set up that I spent $5 on a long with entry tickets. I bought the 250 bundle for cores, and the rest went to tickets. I was going to do screenshots but it would have been twelve pics (4x3), so sorry that it's a video. IW was invested first (way overkill), then torch (also overkill) and Mr F ( a slightly less overkill). Haven't tried with Thing yet.And how many entries you need to get one character maxed? Because there s only 10 mastery points each stage.Time is also a big factor. It s not a mode where you have a screen open and it autoplays whatever while you work or watching a movie, you have to choose stuff between fights, arrange masteries etc. It s a full 10-15 min per stage, and you need to do this 3 times/day for almost a month.Once you have one character almost maxed you don't have to select anything between fights because there are multiple masteries that mitigate damage and increase damage to a point those boosts between fights or whatever don't really matter. It's like autoplaying EQ but easier, definitely boring and repetitive but you won't be doing it every single day three times a day for a whole month, just until you max one character.
Rewards are just "ok" for the time. And we re not talking about those who re willing to spend instead of waiting.

SOLVARCH - The First Cool Looking Idol Champ
The first 2 Idol champs look lame asf imo, so I had no interest in them what so ever… especially because they’re MCOC original characters and not from real marvel characters.

However… this XL transformer looking MFer looks cool asf. He also has the type of animations that I love… which is throwing hands and haymakers! 🥊🥊 These Idol champs went 0-100 real quick 💯 This champ looks fire 🔥 Good work whoever designed this guys aesthetically (idk how good the kit is yet, we’ll see).

Re: After Amazing FFR Poker and Doom Cycle RPG Turn base, lets think outside the box.
I was thinking they could continue with the cards and make a football mini game.
We can build your dream football team by collecting virtual cards representing players, coaches, playbooks, uniforms, and more. These cards are obtained through:
Buying packs with in-game currency or real money
Trading or auctioning cards
Gameplay Structure
Team Building
Start with a basic, low-rated team.
Buy better player cards to upgrade your roster.
Chemistry boosts can be unlocked based on players' team, scheme, or archetype.
Game Modes
Solo Challenges: Single-player missions that reward units, players, or packs.
Head-to-Head Seasons: Competitive online play against other users.
Squads: Co-op multiplayer where you and others control different aspects of a team.
Weekend League (aka MCOCUT Champions): High-stakes, time-limited online competition.
Card Types
Base Players: Standard cards with NFL stats.
Elite/Legendary Cards: Higher-rated, rare cards (e.g., legends like Nick Fury, or 99 OVR players).
Special Programs: Themed events or seasonal cards (e.g., Most Feared at Halloween, Zero Chill at Christmas).
Currencies & Microtransactions
Units or a new currency only used in this mode: Earned by playing; used to buy players or packs.
Training Points: Used to upgrade cards. Can be purchased with real money.
MCOCUT Points: Premium currency purchased with real money.
Auction House: Buy/sell cards with other players in a marketplace-style format.
Why People Play
Strategic team-building and customization
Competitive gameplay with rewards
Regular content updates, events, and challenges
The thrill of opening packs and finding rare players!
This would be so much fun and every season you'd need to buy new cards to update your roster!

Re: Highly disappointed
Hey so you get 84 entry tokens. I don’t know how much story there is but I think it’s 10. So 10. Then all the shatter objectives which is 1,3,5,10,15, and 25 add all those up and it’s 59. 69 total so if you lose you get about 15 free extra.
Re: Highly disappointed
Okay lets say you have a car factory. You've got the car designers, the engineers, the sales people, the different factory lines that all do different things that all ultimately results in one finished car sold to you. If there was an issue with the car, saying hey we're having all employees report to the factory floor to work on this particular line is not a solution. That’s a stupid excuse I’m sure more then 85% of the community would not care if you guys said “hey we’re gonna hold off on new content like new side quests, events whatever, to focus all our team effort on a fixing issues that have persisted for the longest time. Also don’t ignore the gap between ftp and whales you know you love to cater to whales. Let’s start with bg. I get if you spend your more then likely gonna rank higher. When you make metas that if you have the new 5/5 defender and the counter to it your gonna win. Radiance new amazing currency, oh wait only available via pvp.So instead of doing important things to make everyone happy, like fixing AI issues, bugs, input issues. The gap between f2p and whales. You make events no one asks for. Which is still some how gonna benefit spenders. This arcade mode is so bad it’s funny. Do you guys listen to the community. Or do you only listen to whales. Until it’s a boycott you listen. Until it’s your wallets getting hurt you listen. Just fix the game and make it fair.Just to be clear, 100% hearing y'all on feedback with regards to Doom Cycle, have passed along those concerns to the team and leadership. However, want to dispel the rumor that this mode's development did not take away from fixing bugs, working on our improvements to ai, input issues etc. It's a large team here at Kabam that all do different things. Completely valid to not enjoy the mode, we're trying out new things. Gotten some pretty strong feedback about it so far which is fair. But it did not come at the expense of those other things.
The game team is big and covers a lot of different jobs and specialties. Stopping running side quests, or event new champs, is not gonna result in bg fixes or ai improvements. Its different jobs with different skillsets and knowledge bases. I wish it was that easy to snap your fingers and say hey we're gonna fix this, but its more complex than that.
That all said, this month's build release was rough. No hiding that. Proud of the game team for getting a lot of fixes out the door quickly, but all of us would be the first to say we wish they didn't have to do that in the first place.
New game mode idea...
It's called "paint drying" mode. Hear me out! You click a link in game that takes you to a web page where someone has just freshly painted a wall. You choose a character and then that characters sits and watches the paint dry. Once it's dry, you can save it, but if you don't, you'll have to wait until the next day to repaint the wall. Or if you spend $10 you can get "instant dry" which allows you to get a minor amount of shards which you can use to pull Red Hulk.
