Coliseum has the most relevant and consistent rewards in the game rn. If anything, a champ only being good in Chud Grounds automatically makes them garbage tier.

The point is he's players choice. The players chose him so they need to release him. They made him as such so be it. They can't have builder's remorse. What if players have buyer's remorse.
