Can someone please explain what to do, in idiot, so I understand?

Basically, ignore the actual champions; and you're trying to build poker hands using the numbers shown here:


You've got four suits (Earth, Air, Water, Fire) the the Fantastic Four.

And the FF champs are Aces.

You get dealt a hand:


In this one, I want to swap out two 'cards', to see if I can get a Flush. So I pick a fight with Sentry.

After the fight, I get this screen:

Select the champions/cards you want to get rid of:


After the swap, you'll see your new hand:


Now, if you've got a scoring hand, you'll see it at the bottom (blue box).

If you're happy with your cards/score, pick a fight with the boss (red box).

If you want to swap more cards, choose a different opponent, depending on how many you want to swap. You can swap up to three times.

And that's it.
