got banned on Friday, can confirm that once again I was able to log into the game. Guess that all thats left is wait for some official info from Kabam. Maybe tomorrow. But honestly, I still feel kinda scared of playing on the PC version until Kabam says what went wrong, so maybe I'll stick to mobile version.
Also, on a side note, I thought everybody that got banned was guilty? Maybe not, but oh well, time will tell.

I am one of the players that received a 7 day suspension. I have only ever installed MCOC from the (actual) Google Play Store and on PC. I have never modded the game or used a game accelerator (which I'm seeing many people talk about here). I am a typical user in the U.S. I submitted a ticket and got the form letter. I was waiting for another response, but nothing yet.
Just a few minutes ago, I tried loading the app again and my account appears to have been reinstated (I got to the forum through the MCOC app) and suspension lifted. Hope for some others that are not up to no good, perhaps?
To any Kabam devs out there, would it make sense for me to totally uninstall the game and re-install it, just to be on the safe side in case the anti-cheat nukes me again? I don't want to experience another undeserved suspension.

This so messed up, my friday is ruined cause I wanna enjoy this ban posts; but I also feel like there could be a mistake due to the huge ammount. Wtf Kabam you ruined the fun out of weekend ban posts.

Commenting on this thread to confirm that OP's ban was lifted today after Kabam's acknowledgment of an error.
Despite how fun it is to watch cheaters get called out in the forums, I think it's good to get the occasional reminder to be civil and not blindly assume every one of these posts is a liar.
Seeing stuff like this happen really does make me question how much to spend on the game. I'd be pretty upset to have an erroneous ban, a generically unhelpful support ticket response, and the online community antagonizing me while I was trying to get it resolved or at least some commiseration. Sure I don't cheat so it shouldn't happen, but we've literally all witnessed it happen first hand this weekend.

Got unbanned! Guess I was right and was unjustly banned!
