Honestly, when I heard about this it soured me a little.
I love that the cheater got banned. I am 100% behind this and it should be a permanent-ban. That part is great.
Now, I understand Lagacy only gained +2 points from the match. I also completely understand that he’s competing for brawl.
But none of that is actually relevant.
Lagacy got preferential treatment. There’s really no other way around this.
Everyone else in this situation would have to take the L, lose points and submit a ticket/report the modder. MAYBE get their points back with a correction, probably get tilted and continue playing.
Lagacy got saved in round three of the match. Collected a win instead of a loss and continued on.
May seem minor, but that’s still preferential treatment. Do the rest of us get Kabam employees notified mid-match when we face a modder and have them save us? No, we take the loss, report and hope we get a correction - as for the “Lagacy is competing for placement” commentary. Okay, is he the only one? Or is the commentary just saying that streamers are the ones who matter?
(Note: the final remark is not suggesting I am competing, it’s merely showing why the “Lagacy is competing” argument is flawed)

i think the point is, anyone who isnt lagacy is guaranteed to lose points vs that modder and wont get them back, and especially in a season where points are so important for qualification at that high level, thats quite unfair.
Now if there was a system to automatically give people back the points theyve lost when modders get banned, there'd be no issue, but that doesnt exist, and i cant say im optimistic about them actually making that a thing.

It has to be pure coincidence, there is no way a company would favor some people just because.. or at least they wouldn't be so obvious about it...

No don't overthink.
Just invest on one champ fully, once you unlock 75% of personal masteries on one champ, invest points in team masteries for all 4 champs. Eventually you'll breeze through shatter mode.

To get these champs... It's not fair that we constantly see them in people's deck and can't even ban them.
Sinister and nightcrawler from RAID was really appreciated i definitely know most players agree. But when will we get this again? After reunion?

What a joke. I decided to spend some money and take a chance. I pulled the 15 Fantastic Force Valiant Crystals. I go, I open them, and guess what? 15 5 Star Champions. Not a single 6 or 7. 15 5s. You're kidding right? i know the odds favor the 5 star. But, fifteen 5 stars? KABAM... Come on...
