As someone who plays the arena alot for the milestone units I say no leave them as they are. You get a fairly decent amount of units from it I could be wrong but i remember Kabam saying if they were to change arena they would put the units in other content I personally would not want this.
Changing the arenas would kill the game for me. Other than monthly and story content i do not play other parts of the game as much as others because i do not find them fun.
Its nice to play the arena get the units ready for any deals that pop up. I would say the weekend arenas need updating but I use them to take a break from arena so either way it doesn't bother me.
I know there are people out there who want arena changes but its better to just leave them as it is. Its a great source of units and that shouldn't change.

I just do it for the radiance and trophy tokens, and because there is nothing else to do in the game atm.
it is getting tired to always see the same champs and use the same champs.
BG is basically "do you know how to fight these exact 20 meta defenders? and do you know how to use these 20 meta attackers? yes? okay, you win . no? okay, you lose.

The goal isn't to be a new currency, but to consolidate currencies in competitive modes. They talked about it in the BG post Crashed made awhile ago now.There's various options; and Kabam may not have the perfect answer yet - it's a tricky thing to balance, so they may not have fully decided yet.If they're intruding yet ANOTHER new currency, they sure as all heck better know exactly what they're doing and where they're going with it by now.
This is part of the problem they've had in the past - like introducing Mysterium and then having it completely stagnate immediately.
I'm pretty sure the main idea is that 1 store is a whole lot easier to update and keep current than 4 stores.

Once upon a time I said Kabam could give out free 7* champs to everyone and some would complain about which ones they were.
I said this back when the highest rarity was 5*, by the way.

Mind you most of us got to valiant before we could reach a 2.5mil roster power. His is way above 3mil and still whack progression.
