I mean, after the Fest Crashed wrote this long post about how much effort Kabam is going to put into QC. And the CEO talked about this during the Fest too, how they're going to improve, how they're listening to the community, et cetera.

Yet here we are the very next month. Same old glitches, terrible communication, arbitrary band-aid resolutions.

Not a word. Meet the new Kabam, same as the old Kabam.

Screw up, Release deeply unpopular decision, ignore the forums, prep the next sale.

Reward people who exploited their game with double the amount of crystals and say f u to literally everyone else

I dunno why some people are defending the solution or acting like its a perfectly normal issue. They have been updating crystals for 10 years, the last 2 updates 1 on Titan and 1 in basic were a mess. This is lack of care and human error not a bug.

Didn't they do it in the past?...

So basically this is a revamp on rifts something people HATED, they just put a new mask on it....

Wow so if I was in a diff timezone and was sleeping, I lost out on double my crystals?!

While others could be pulling serpent, onslaught and more, and still have a chance at okoye, sinister, etc, just cos they were on time!?

Absolutely great solution.

It's too fair for players tho. You gotta exploit bugs faster, that's what we are being told by kabam
