not one bit surprising considering this company does this kind of nonsense at almost every turn.

I think there's a much better solution for this.

Instead of giving 1:1 7* crystal, give 1 "we f*ed up crystal" per 7* opened while the pool was incomplete.

What is a "we f*ed up crystal", you say?

It's a modified arena crystal, which gives gold, units and a rare 7*. Just create this crystal, with the chance of winning a 7* proportional to the increment of the base pool. For example, the total pool is now 200, but 20 are new, so put a 10% chance of a 7* result on the "we f*ed up crystal", which gives only one of the new 7*s, when you hit this jackpot.

By doing this, people can still roll the dice for new champions without racking up undeserved shards and sigs and break the game competiveness, and can score some small gold and units for the trouble, like arena farm.

Oh, for God’s sake: The psychoanalysis of “those who are jealous” is absolutely ridiculous.

This is a simple premise. Everyone who opened a crystal yesterday — every single person — is gonna understand what I am about to type:

I opened four Basics yesterday. I knew there was a bug, and I waited. Here’s what I got:

1. Sentinel
2. Quicksilver
3. Sorcerer Supreme
4. Venom the Duck

Only one of those characters — Sentinel — is one of 21 kits that were added yesterday.

The math — math, not feelings or jealousy or psychoanalysis — says that was pretty lucky to pull that Sentinel. The rears of them — along with about, what, 125 more? 150? Were already in the Basic Pool.

No one was guaranteed to open one of those 21 kits. My opening showed how it actually was supposed to work: The odds were heavily NOT in favor of opening one of the 21 kits.

Giving people 1-to-1 compensation WHILE allowing them to keep the benefits of opening the crystals before the fix AND giving them a completely equal opportunity to get kits that they were not guaranteed to open in the first place is absurd.

If you weren't online in the 45 affected minutes and/or made the decision to actually wait for a fix you essentially just lost out on the easiest chance ever to double 10-50x 7 Star Crystals…

If they are going to offer 1:1 on crystals opened in the timeframe, they should also offer 600 titan shards and 20 signature stones for every crystal opened after for everyone else.

The base pool update is small compared to the overall size and the people who waited shouldn't miss out on all the sig stones and titan shards a 1:1 compensation will give.

and it’s bugged. If you use a backstage ticket you can’t actually play as it won’t let you enter or exit.

Honestly this guys are just clowning us at this stage.

This is a very unfair and unbalanced solution, and leaves everyone who did not open Basic 7 stars in this window massively disadvantage especially with the current chase for prestige and sigs. The only viable solution is a rollback of all crystals opened and then replaced or give everyone in game the same amount of replacement crystals of the person who opened the most during the impacted period.
