Simmer down there. If you read anything before compaling (which, I don't know how you've been playing since 2014 and don't read), you'd know that you can trade 15 energy for 90 elder marks in the BG store. It's WAY better than it was before.
I would play battlegrounds all day if…
…each match (or round) gave a small amount of battlechips Similar to grinding arena. It would make grinding BGs the alternative to grinding arena. Improving engagement and the amount of players willing to play it regardless of the skill levels (more players in mode = better matchmaking and better experience for all)
IMO I don’t grind arena very often at all. But a player can infinitely spend their time grinding battlechips in arena if desired. (But that gets boring) playing BG’s is fun, BG losing streaks for nothing is not. The more players available in the mode the more cannon fodder for each other not just for the most skilled. One person cannot infinitely simultaneously grind arena and BG matches so earning battleships in BG matches:
1. Would not break the economy or create any more opportunities to earn a maximum amount of battlechips that one person can already earn if they grind arena.
2. Would incentivize others to grind and play BG mode for battlechips (and current BG rewards system) and ease the psychological impact of losing matches feeling like your playing the mode for at least a little reward even if you are bad at it.
3. Radiance remains the premium reward for the mode. The better you are the more radiance you earn but battlechips become the consolation prize for everyone else, and makes losing multiple matches more psychologicaly digestible because you still get something for your time spent grinding BG matches even if you are bad at it or outmatched often.
4. May improve current behavior of , get your 3 wins and then don’t play again until they refresh.

In my opinion, the update has been disappointing. I mean, same 2,850 T4 Alpha fragments, still 1k 7★ shards for just a 200 Trophy Token reduction, and 7★ signature stones and T7 Basic fragments are so expensive.
Expected more tbh.

This entitlement will never stop - If you're in Victory Track, you face anyone else in the same tier as you currently are, or up or down one tier if it can't find anyone.
I understand that GC isn't great and Uru players are matching Mysterium and such, but otherwise, why should weaker accounts only face weaker accounts, and stronger accounts only face stronger accounts, yet all playing for the same rewards??
If you only want to face accounts equivalent to your roster strength, then you should get lower rewards compared to those with stronger decks.
