I have just been spending time in Marvel Strike Force. Plenty of energy In that game and I am new to it so has a fresh appeal. May try Future Fight, but not sure i want to support the same company thats ruining this game. Ill hang out just enough to see if they correct this mess, but no spending and they've made sure I won't spend much time playing cause I'll just run out of energy.

I never understood the energy gates in this game. Energy limit for AQ, for AW, for story, side quests. I never saw a game that wants you to play it less than mcoc. And this is the cherry on the cake.

Im not a fan of BGs but I used to do the minimum to get to the circle. I don't need to wait and see. I already know I won't have enough energy to play the game normally and dump it on BGs on top of it. So I hope they're happy that they've made this decision for me that I won't be playing BGs anymore.

Also, good golly! Dial up on the complexity! I've been playing this for 8 years DAILY. I am the leader of an alliance. I'm invested in this game and yet I don't know half the currency anymore and I get so confused about what needs to be done. This isn't a bachelor's degree - but it feels like it.

I imagined myself as a new player and I'd never have stayed like I did when the game was simpler.

And kbm keeps kicking in the teeth the people who jump thru all their hoops and stuck around. Till they had enough. And now you see big name after big name quitting. And no amount of "enticing" them will make them stay, I don't believe. Even if you manage to buy a few of them, the fact that the game itself is problematic remains. And those guys' audience will be disappearing and no new people will take their place.

I love this game and I've made great friends playing this day in day out. I want the game to live forever but sheesh... you make it so hard to stay.

The game sure is dying because buncha youtubers got in the company 🤣

Will there be a compensation for those who have elders mark in stash? Cause if they will scrap it, there should be some kinda of convention of it to units, be or at least another currency.

Yes this energy one feels particularly egregious and also wildly arrogant over the actual state of the game right now.

They have basically screwed up nearly every mode and new content over the past couple months and made the player base more checked out than they've ever been.

At this state, they should be doing everything in their power to actually RETAIN their player base and get them to spend more time in the game, and now they're massively crippling the actual thing we need to get us to spend more time in the game. It feels like, wherever you look, people are more checked out than they've ever been, with this massive failure of an EQ and absolute joke of a side quest.

I cannot imagine how much LESS time I'll be spending on this game and especially Battlegrounds once those changes take place with the crippling of energy.

It's honestly insane.

The company has changed hands before when Netmarble took over Kabam inc back in 2017. Since then, while it has been a rollercoaster over the years, there are plenty of things they have gotten right. If they are positioning themselves to sell Kabam/MCOC, nuking their reputation across the community isn’t a wise strategy. Quite the opposite really.
