They can't just roll it back. There will be outcry from people that finally pulled a chase champ they REALLY wanted. Imagine not having a Serpent or Onslaught and you've opened 100s of crystals, it feels like it'll never happen. Then, BAM, first one today at 12:01 you pull one! Now Kabam is going to roll back the server and cause you to lose something you opened? Compensation is probably the only option, but it also will lead to unfairness. You opened 72 crstals, so now you get 144 champs? Because youre a hoarder? Or had time before the roll back? There is not a good solution to this.

The compensation should be 1-3 selectors of all the champions that were supposed to be added. This won't fairly compensate players who opened an insane amount, but not everyone can win, and it would certainly make the majority of the playerbase satisfied.

it’s true and they’re being added tomorrow. It’s the gifted guardians, the rebirth champs, and the saga champions (+ a few more like invisible woman).

How can you take rollback the server now? You are talking war fights gone, BG progress gone, people who pulled a new champ 5 minutes ago they were hoping for… gone.

yes GW, hard work for Kabam should be prioritised over doing what’s right for their community 🙄

First thing kabam needs to do is hire new people to check on things before releasing them in game, I can't understand how this type of things still happen, like come on I can't believe they have no one to check on things before the official release in game and if there's someone then this person isn't good at their job lol

If this had been part of a sale, or gave more stuff than described, they would shut down the server and start clawing back everything they are able to claw back.

Crystals are the bread and butter of this game and they are becoming careless with it. The scale of this mistake is not even close to the Zola one. They found some BS cope.out on the Zola Titan crystal issue, not sure what they will be able to do with this situation.

Bottom line is you would think after this horrible year and a big sale, they would actually start caring a bit more, not continue making silly avoidable mistakes.

Everyone should get one selector if they opened atleast 1 Crystal, + another selector for every 10 champs.
