I do joke, but in truth, I have tried to love Patriot for such a long time(due to photon being my pet hate to fight), and I've anticipated this buff for a loooooong time... And it seems sooooooo lack luster.. and 7 months for a balne, nearly one year since patriots release, really seems excessive

During the July livestream Mike referred to them as “tune-ups” but buffs sounds better now. 1 of the buffs wasn’t even a buff it was fixing a bug in Viv’s kit that has existed forever

Nah patriot needed "500 dollar champ or ps5" treatment to get any reasonable strong buff.

I actually play doom cycle on pc. It opens on browser app instead of overlay like in mobile, so you can visit other tabs while game is running.

Stronger and longer physical Vulnerability, ruptures now last less time but do the same amount of damage for shorter fights, extended heavy charge duration and the lower threshold for steadfast

Extended heavy charge duration fixes his biggest problem, he now has way stronger physical Vulnerability that isn't all tied to rushing from the sp2 to the sp1, it's been like 5 minutes but it feels a lot better.

It was never gonna be a rework, it was to make what he does work better
