Got to valiant just before this "updated" EQ dropped and classic still sucks, and Elder hp and atk were reduced but between the terrible nodes, and the fact that it wants you to have 15 7*r2 or equivalent is beyond ridiculous. Already needing to be aware of top 30 prestige but somehow need to also rank up 15 of each class as well to complete the new end game content that is EQ.

Yes, A.I. recovery and reaction times are much faster than what player can do in the game.

Game ending crisis averted.

I can't believe they literally wanted players to pay to play a free to play a game, adding an energy refill in the super daily event is a good move because having players engaged with the game less and less because they have no energy would eventually cause players to lose interest, because I started to . Now I hope they don't ask us to pay for monthly updates to make up for that.

Similar thoughts here. I used to enjoy the monthly EQ, SQ and story mode up to act 8.

Act 9 is boring and now I don't even feel like doing EQ anymore.

They really should go back and take a look at what made the game great in the first place.

I’m one of those players that’s been playing 9+ years now. This is the closest I’ve ever been to just being done with mcoc for good with their horrible decision making, bugs that don’t get fixed and their greed.

Welp, I tried. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Made it part way through the 2nd run, but my top rated champs kept melting, no matter what I did. Lower ranked bleed immunes bit it immediately after sp3s. I’d use resources or try again, but I kinda don’t want to now. So much for casual fun, reading the story and testing new champs. 🫤

I've been playing for around 8 years nonstop and I can say honestly that the game is no longer fun, it literally is just to complicated to be enjoyable. At least for me

I am one of those plows. Did it at 5/15 difficulty because I am too stubborn to quit. 70 revives, tons of heals, and 1K units later, I finished. I spent fewer resources doing Act 8 crucible with far better rewards. I am still soured about that and will be for a while.

I am not a small valiant account. 6R4, 25R3, and plenty of R5A and R2s for depth and the original EQ release sucked worse than any content I’ve done in the last 2 years.

The rerelease is better. 9/19 difficulty now. And I’m 1/3 of the way through Elder having used just 1 revive. Is it perfect now? No. Improved? Yes.

Had the way it’s at now been original release 2 weeks ago, it would have been better received. Still not with open arms, but better.
