How can we trust Kabam now?
This is in relation to the state of the game. Why wouldn't you a a company forsee that this rollout without accounting for previous balances would cause this negative stir in the community?
For those playing this game for a while we've stayed through multiple nonfavorable changes to the player base. Going as far back as the SW and DS nerf.
How can we trust you now?
This is frustrating. This is not what "we" as a player base expect.

wondering if I should rush and open a couple titans and then scream that I was searching for Jean but she wasnβt even in the crystal! Compensation incoming?

You found bug. You get compensation.
If you were hunting an old champ leaving the crystals and have zero chance of getting it. Is that a bug and does tgat require proper compensation

There will be characters missing and Kabam will give compensation where you get 2 for every 1 you opened as conpensation.
Sometimes, you just go back to the greatest hits.

If they just released ascension in a semi similar way to 6* ascension it would have been fine.
Maybe they could have done t3 dust and the class tokens and leave out the champ tokens.
We really didnt need the champ tokens and those are the biggest issue
