participation definitely seems very low, especially from progressing players. I’m one of those bros with an r4 roster and I normally breeze through VT regardless of whether it’s week 1 or week 4. This season was more of a challenge for sure.

I was raising the alarm over ascension early on I think, but Andrew's video really brought home the insanity.

Because it's like, to take a champ to ascension level 2 (highest rank in the game is 7R5A2), you have to open 120 empowered crystals to then get a 1 in 30 chance to pull Mojo (or whoever your favorite is). And you have to do that 3 times!

And that's just for ascension level 2.

Think about what Kabam will require for the other numerous levels of ascension.

And that's not even factoring in not being able to take most of the good champs in the game to ascension level 1, or any new champs unless you spend thousands of dollars on featured valiants.

I think I pretty much maxed out every major sale last year, and I have no regrets.

But they have completely lost me at this point as far as coming along for this ride, especially when you factor in all the little slaps in the face that continue to pile up every week.

Hey @Corkscrew, I took some time to look through your account.
I see three Gentle pulls from Empowered Crystals, but only two that were Cluster Drops - so the Tokens currently are accurate, since the first Cluster drop automatically consumed the Token to ascend your Gentle.

The two Greater Empowered Crystals you opened from last Friday both had the Cluster Drops, as those only drop Ascended Champions - but the Empowered Crystal from Saturday was a regular Base Pool 7 Star pull, not the Cluster drop.

I'll speak with support so this can be clearer through responses in the future, but everything is in order on your account as it should be.

It's 0.45% chance, I was honestly surprised to even get one in 30 pulls that's less than 1%..... Absolutely trash rates, I thought they were done with 0.XX rates, cause I haven't played any gacha game with such horrendous rates, I know they use to exist but most of those have shut down I hope kabam changes this or at least reduce the guarantee to 80 like other games and also shorten the release time for new champions Ascension
