BGs will always be a relative arms race if you're not personally advancing much.

There are different approaches though, of course:
- forfeit any match you don't feel is winnable and/or you can't be bothered enduring
- take on every match, even if they don't seem winnable, on the chance that they get bad drafts, or play badly, or screw up, or get distracted by their wife wanting to talk RIGHT in the middle of a match and they really can't ask her to wait for a mobile game so they have to either play with half attention or put the phone down and take the L and…grr….
- start later in the season, once the whales have moved on to GC already

After going in, "The Heavy Hitter", where it's just skill champs only, which I don't have a lot of ranked up skill champ, it just becoming a revive, portion fest.

AI is moving faster going forward than me moving back and just getting clip with 1 or 2 shots KOing.

The first 3 paths in the Elder difficulties were fine b/c I had the necessary champs ranked up.

So correcting my previous post, I'm skipping this hellhole of an event, and saving my units something better, but then again, this is Kabam, and given the piece of manure rewards to explore this month's EQ isn't any better so I should temper my expectation b/c this is Kabam we're talking about.

We shouldn't have to beat classic to do elder, that doesn't make much sense. They did a great thing by not making us complete throne breaker eq, last few months being able to complete valiant right away has been great. Not sure who thought going backwards was progress. It feels like they've ignored our previous feedback and started over again. Also it doesn't make sense to join EQ right away as you will raise prestige during the month. So now if you want to maximize rewards you need to wait until the end of the month. It also seems like every month the prestige levels will change with the tiers as more people raise their prestige, hopefully I am wrong about this assumption but if that is true I can rank up champs and relics and be in the same tier next month. Top 30 prestige was a terrible idea and I don't have much motivation to continue playing at a high level.

The biggest question is WHY WOULD YOU CHOOSE 30 DAMN CHAMPIONS FOR PRESTIGE COUNT?

WHICH PLAYER IN THEIR RIGHT MIND IS FOCUSING ON 30 CHAMPIONS????

Everyone has like 10-15 champs they use everywhere tops. wtf kabam.

This is essentially like kicking an already sleeping dog and then when her wakes up and tries to get up you hold him down! Cuz even the rewards at lower prestiges have BARELY ANY CATALYSTS OR GOLD, so how do we increase our prestige then?

For the first (in a very long time) I'll just skip EQ this month or until changes are made to this atrocity. I'm not trying to take a dump on anyone's work, but what was the thought process? I play games for fun and pleasure, not pain and endless frustration. Sure, I'll do end game content but not each month, current EQ feels sorta like that, but far worst. I hope it's improved next month but at this point, not even holding my breath.
