When you have questions about rankups etc, post them here, or in the Sub-Reddit (there's a weekly pinned post for those kind of questions) - you're much more likely to get helpful answers and much less likely to get abuse.

Without masteries he requires attempts at healing, but with Masteries active and no bleed immunity he can create his own opportunity
But for what he does, he does it so easily and well.. opponent simply cannot heal (without any debuffs) and may never throw *any* specials if played correctly

if you’re fighting okoye as well, the debuffs are going to be longer because she increases debuff duration based on her crit damage. It ends up being over 50% longer debuffs, so it’s they’re going to be on you even longer if you can’t get rid of them

This may not be your favorite option, but the solution is very simple - turn off global chat. It's never going to get better.
