Magik had to change, she had a very old kit. Kabam said she was too broken to be released as a 6* due to her power control, we're already at 7* r4s while she tops out at 5* r5. Mind you that was the highest rank a champ could be, in 2018. Almost exactly 8 years ago.
This is a Magik that people can use, she is now a very competent champion. I don't care that the power steal is gone, you have all these other power steal champs you can use like Spiral and Pavitr.
Plus the kit feels like the character. People just need to move on imo, no way Kabam was gonna keep her locked forever with her sudden surge to notereity recently.

Different departments lol, you guys fell into the "The such and such team is looking into it" story? Its the equivalent of someone saying "I got a guy looking at my numbers" and its really the wife doing the taxes. They are not a multinational with 2000 employees. They are understaffed and most of the 'teams" most likely overlap.
There is absolutely no excuse to how the usual monthly basic stuff is constantly bugged, there is no excuse on why most of the new content are repeats with a twist. They have all hands on deck on the next golden geese which is Ascensions and everything else is a poor attempt at copy pasting.

I do not like that mode but to be able to earn the rewards and participate in this event I MUST play BGs. Not fair!

Is Jean a potato in offence now?
After doing some matches in new BG meta and some AW training I found it is a lot harder to play Jean in attack now. She is just not great and not nuky as she was. For example, one of the matches that worked before and doesn’t work now is Jean vs Photon. I used Jean as a decent Photon option, because she cannot miss with neuroshocks and her shield gives a good bonus against Photon hard-hitting the block. And her SP2 under many neuroshocks and Jean charges could nuke Photon or hit a huge bunch of her health. But now SP2 against Photon does so little damage, even Antman would hit harder.
Also, her targeted matches feel harder now, I mean Yelena or Punisher.
I had Jean as my R5 desired option, but I don’t really know now after realising she is average attacker now.

Yes in some cases. She was a great counter for herself but now I’m always running out of time in R4 vs R4 match ups. Previously these were 40 second fights.
Not winning may be down to not using her optimally but I haven’t changed my playstyle with her so something has changed.
Re: Goblin Objectives are going to take a while
For me, it's not about whether it's in BGs or some other content, it's the fact that we keep getting these "Do task X repeatedly for 7 hours" kind of objectives. The grind is just excessive.
