Extended heavy charge duration fixes his biggest problem, he now has way stronger physical Vulnerability that isn't all tied to rushing from the sp2 to the sp1, it's been like 5 minutes but it feels a lot better.

It was never gonna be a rework, it was to make what he does work better

I couldn't finish 100% health fight vs normal defenders. Mines r1 unduped tho.
