I also think that thumbnail click bait culture has a lot to do with this. Its a lot more attractive to potential viewers to say a champ is mid, trash, or broken and meta, and lagacy is one of the worst for this imo.

What you’re failing to understand is that we can’t trust your opinion, and I don’t even know if you actually have one. Need I remind you that I too think people care too much about if a champ is a BGs NUKE, specifically - Blue Marvel has a ton of great utility and damage, he’s just not fast enough to pull off a sub-45 second fight and so a lot of people are calling him mid (wanted to remind everyone what drove OP to make this AI post).

Do you need to be Valiant to have an opinion? Absolutely not. But with your post/contribution history, combined with this AI post, combined with the fact that not only are you not Valiant but your roster is so underdeveloped, that I don’t believe you’ve even got most champions as 6*s to be able to test them, nor have you completed the content outside of BGs (or in BGs) to test them in.

Instead, I’m inclined to believe that you just watch videos or read posts from other players who’ve ACTUALLY played and tested champs, and just regurgitate it here and in streams, asking questions in both places solely to get the attention - something I’ve watched you do for years.

People are taking the bashing on you a touch too far and making it personal - that’s not my objective. I really want you to try and understand my issue with this post - and basically all your other posts/comments. You have never proven to be a reliable/knowledgeable source of information, so don’t try and act like one.

So sad that OP is trying to get some actual information (which I don’t have, sorry) and all he gets is a comment from the village idiot.

I think people are underestimating KP. He is far more than just shrugging debuffs. Each debuff increases his attack and combat power rate. His SP1 has good AAR and his attack can scale really quickly. Plus constant willpower healing. He is going to bang at R4. In any game mode.

I should add that he really has no bad matchups except the handful of mutants who punish shrugging debuffs and a couple science that punish debuffs. He can go outside the class wheel and handle a lot of mutants too. Kind of like how Mr sinister has no real weakness besides robots.

Count me surprised there isn’t an update. It’s now been a week since the team acknowledged the issue here and I assumed we’d hear something before next month’s content dropped.

The current set of choices is pretty strange: play a bugged mode every day to avoid losing your expiring entries or potentially wind up with a ton of entries you need to run once the fix drops.

I suppose a third choice is don’t play daily while it’s bugged and risk a fix that doesn’t give extra entries…

There's a bit too much dumping on Ed, certainly.

But ultimately, he's a person who doesn't play competitively, complaining about the fact that competitive players are competitive.

Don't agree with the language, but the underlying point is valid, it's a joke they made this bone-headed choice and we're now four months along and still can't select the difficulty we want to play at or skip to Elder for Valiants.

The excuse that "Not everyone needs to be good in BGs" is finally valid now that Coliseum is out. A couple of months ago I would have said Blue Marvel looks like fodder but he is actually insane once ramped. The future is Coliseum, BGs is outdated P2W fodder.

I just really enjoyed using him and hate how he moves further and further down my roster as my 7 stars grow. Like he was summoners choice, our choice and we can't even use him anymore.
