This is the correct assessment. The kit makes it pretty clear what it does well. I’m not saying it’s great — though I probably like it more than most — but it’s far from “bad,” because there’s some utility in there, as well.

Could it hit harder in non-targeted matchups? Sure. Not disputing that.

They are very available, you just have to be willing to spend radiance or units on them. There's also a piece available in Wheel of Fate. They're not going to make them easy to get anytime soon.

Jack O’ Lantern works great for this matchup and can finish the fight in under a minute. If you get the timing down for dexing Nova’s Special 1 and then dashing in, plus mixing in some intercepts to build Fury, you’ll take her down fast. I have a video too but don’t know how to post it
