I have been a loyal player of MCOC for over two years, and my account holds countless memories, hard work, and dedication. I understand there has been a violation associated with my account, but I assure you that if any mistake happened, it was never intentional.

This game has been a part of my daily life, and losing my account feels like losing a part of myself. I fully respect the rules and the community, and I promise to always follow them strictly in the future.

I am humbly requesting one last chance to prove my loyalty and fair play. I know the support team has stated the decision is final, but I am hoping this post can reach someone who may be willing to review my case once more.

OP, if I am translating your use of AI correctly (type it out yourself next time), it looks like you've contradicted yourself and know exactly why you were banned.
You have a chance to prove yourself - start a new account and play fairly. A review of your account will almost certainly only come back with the same findings and they won't be lifting that ban.

Correct me if you're seeing otherwise, but aside from that, the only thing that seems to be "missing" are energy refills, correct?

Everything else has had its potency bumped up by quite a bit.

I don't really understand this. This event is supposed to be a pro player 'super' event with better rewards akin to the DSE compared to the old events that were 'stale'. Yet, the actual most useful pro player rewards from the old events (aq revs, energy, boosts and units) are being removed from this super event and placed in a daily quest that requires players to spend time and energy to complete. How is this in anyway a better outcome for the player base? You've left us with an alliance event full of stuff that while a nice bonus, players don't really care about and will now force us to play extra daily events to get the stuff we actually had a use for.

Can you provide us with a thought process behind all this? Because this one super event as is certainly not pro player or in anyway an improvement on the two old events it's replacing.

That’s not really about what we are missing. It’s more about overall rewards. This event give currency for outdated stores. Ok, maybe loyalty is somewhat useful, but personally I didn’t feel like I need more of it (playing t1 war, still able to buy loyalty crystal for loyalty). But the other is just garbage. Maybe it’s time to remove BG store, AQ store and replace all glory and trophy token rewards with radiance. That would be so much better for game health and make purchasing more clean without thoughts “hmm what is better to buy with what currency?”.
