Re: Summoner fest - incursion - farming points
You canβt farm. Points are in the rewards you get first time thru.
Re: Who is your most hated defender?
I hate all defenders, they are standing between me and the rewards all the time. Annoying lil bastards.

Re: Five star shards in Valiant EQ rewards
Thank you all! I didn't even see that they were giving her out in the last few chapters. That's pretty cool.Actually the question is why the hell are we getting a 4 or 5* in Valiant EQ lol
Yeah yeah some.people don't have all the champs blahblehdiblah answer probably.
Summoner fest - incursion - farming points
Iβm trying to farm 1000 points for completing an incursion zone using the saga tagged champion. Been completing 2 zones and no points was given.
Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
As for the Twitch drop issue, it actually wasn't intended for it to be in the July drop, and these are extra points.Thats good! Now lets talk about The Great Compensation you guys just sent out.... I think I am missing a few like 4500 UNITS, 30K RADIANCE, 200K BG TOKENS, 10K GLORY AND 5M GOLD.
I'm aware that some people got it over others - (Why are you waiting a whole week to claim the Twitch drops, btw...?) - and I've asked the Data team to run a giftmap to everyone who claimed it before the points were live.
Maybe we'll do more streams with more extra points? Who knows, it's a long summer - and this event is supposed to be a casual and fun source of extra rewards you gain from engaging with the game leading up to Summoners Fest (come hang out in Vancouver, btw)
Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
Oh my god the math just came through π since the points can't be farmed, everyone who does anything will have the same points. So the ranked rewards will be based on the amounts of webstore offers you have bought ππYou should switch from internet explorer

Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
Lol what? Its the highest currency at the moment, why would someone camp for the alliance rank rewards π€£I dont particularly care about the radiance in the objectives, and I'm not alone. If you want the radiance you won't camp...So they put points in the "Win X Matches" objectives, which will result in those same people camping?Maybe its because they analyzed data and figured out some people were being scumbags farming the VT for points and didn't want that anymore.Last year's Battlegrounds Realm Event was absolutely nothing like this Realm Event. I placed top 4 overall without spending a single penny.Nothing new really for realm events. Banquet was the exact same.I'm sorry but if there's NO way you can place #1 without having to spend, it's called a PAY TO WIN event. They are unobtainable even if you do pay, unless you also basically do everything. Normally the term pay to win refers to games where either whomever pays the most wins, or spending offers an overwhelming advantage compared to everything else. But that's not really true here, except in an essentially unrealistic extreme. Spending offers an advantage between two players who otherwise are tied in all other respects, but having an advantage between two competitors who otherwise do exactly the same things equally well is not pay to win, that is literally all competitions. There are ranked rewards, which will be unobtainable unless you payI wouldn't call it pay to win. Sure, spending could be a tie breaker for points, but if you don't do everything, especially Raids, no amount of spending is going to catch you up.There are 300,000 total earnable points, so yes you can reach the top milestone, even if you miss a few.Why do you make everything p2w?
Well, technically speaking $24,000 USD might catch you up. But even among the mega whales I suspect the number of people who will actually do that is very close to zero.
Since about a third of the realm points are in Raids, and my alliance doesn't do raids (much less Nightmare Raids which seems to be required to cap out the milestones) I'm basically out of it. But the event is still giving me a ton of rewards for basically just playing the game more or less as I normally do, so I can't be too upset. I find it ... odd that there's so much emphasis on Raids given their presumptive optional nature - and the fact they are tied to alliances, meaning individual players cannot simply choose to do them just for the event - but I suppose Kabam has its reasons there.
I would call that pay to win
Spenders had an advantage which was being able to purchase Units in order to buy elders BUT they still had to play the game AND win BG matches in order to rack up points.
This "Summoner Fest" is an absolute joke towards competition, it's a PAY to WIN event.
I won't be camping, but there definitely will be some that do.
