Forums have becoe harder to moderate for guardians. this new layout stinks. I know this is a site hoster issue but it has made life far harder for Guardians like myself.

I normally don't like to necro my own threads but I will make an exception just this once:

Sales ✅

Communication ✅

Bring back the deathless chase ✅

AI (specifically walk up intercepts) ✅

That's four out of seven already addressed, I don't want to get high hopes cause we've seen them fumble things right at the end before but I at least have some hope now and the desire to stay and see what happens to the game in the coming months.

Long form content, buff quality, frustrating BGs metas still yet to be addressed but it's a good start. They've been on a roll lately with the announcements but words alone aren't enough, this last cyberweekend sale was a massive W in my book let's see if the same can be said about Banquet and every other thing they've said they plan to address soon. They're talking about so many changes coming in 2026 but until I see them with my own eyes (like I did with the cyber deals) everything is just up in the air still.

Keep up the good work Kabam, please don't ruin what you got going on currently with bad decisions like you have previously, and more importantly stick to your words.

I literally said on the first paragraph they probably had nothing to do with design itself just that things started changing after they left which leads me to think actual members in the design team probably left too at around the same time. Not really. If they limited the champions she transformed into and they were locked parts of her kit, then it would be probably pretty easy. The problem with that would be that it doesn't fit her character and the hyper-purists will almost certainly complain about it. There really isn't a winning situation for her coming into the game.

I would like this idea. Don’t think a premium selector would be it. At the least maybe every 15/20 crystals then you get a nexus banquet crystal. So at least have a little bit of extra odds to get something better

While the expected value of the SBCs were truly awful (which kinda killed the event's vibe), all the good stuff was actually loaded into the milestones, and unit-for-unit for spending ~13.2k units on banquet gave players sooooo much more stuff than Cyber at the time, so banquet 24 wasn't bad from a value aspect, but vibes-wise it was bad.

I think the only way I personally would spend money on cosmetics would be to literally pay money to have skins. Make them show up "only for me" so that anything different about someone's outfit or hair doesn't throw me off guard when I'm fighting them in a competitive mode.

But I understand that unless these are simply recolors, changing Storms outfit from Marvel NOW! to 90's Jim Lee or Dazzler's disco jumpsuit to Outback Era would take a lot of resources and be basically causing the design team building new models from the group up when they already have their work cut out for them.

The sheer amount of effort this would take, especially considering how many characters exist, I know and understand that this is never going to happen.

What I mean to say from all of this, is that tangible skins, something we can see and truly use, feel like they would be big moneymakers (we know they are from other games) but it would be interesting to see how effective things like these foils are for big spenders, I find it hard to gauge how many people will actually spend on those, especially when things like sales that give account more power are still going to be more plentiful at least initially (you still have to keep the lights on as you role these tests out).

But I commend you for trying something and for being so open about your intentions, I really hope it all works out!

Personally I am not going to stress or try though, if it's more than 15k units.. I didn't for torch.. I wouldn't for anyone else..
