My gut tells me that it was deliberately misleading. A selector is just that; it’s not a crystal. Though it’s slightly disappointing, it’s still a free Titan. Can’t be too upset by that. If it was unintentional, then it’s just another example of Kabam shooting themselves in the foot by having an error spoil a pretty nice prize.

She isn't that hard, you only need to know what to do.
You need to remove all her buffs before she throws any specials.
Intercept 🟠(orange Buff)
Knock down 🟣(purple Buff)
Punish her heavy 🟢(green Buff)
If you get this, she is pretty easy. Can use any champ😁
And if you don't want to memorize the color, just paused the game and there will be info how to deal with her spells

Releasing 8* resets champion acquisition while ascending 7* gives our rosters more staying power for the future. I don't want to go through more gatekeeping of good champs in the future with a new star rarity.

You expected a selector that would let you pick any champion in the titan? That's something you'd get for completing everest content, not watching a live stream.

New 7 stars will automatically be ascendable. Existing 7 stars will also be ascendable but the process of who and when will be controlled like the release cadence of 7* has been.

This seems more like your personal problem of having a comparatively small account and not related to non-spending of money. Also modders are present mostly in celestial bracket.This is in in undebatably false. Once reaching diamond 3 you should expect 50% or higher to be modders. I have literal countless screenshots at this point. People are still very bad at identifying who is using mods. There are a few very simple ways to determine if people are cheating using hit count/combo count. Once you learn how though, be warned, battlegrounds will be much more frustrating, as you will not be able to unsee how rampant cheating is. Hopefully soon though, the community will have shared knowledge of how to identify a modder, and that change on the part of Kabam will follow shortly thereafter.
