This right here is everything wrong with Tier lists (and I say that as someone who actively uses them to guide my rankups). You're left with a feeling that if a champion isn't top tier, then they're trash, which leaves the bulk of the champions in the game classed as "useless"
CCP Practice Maps
So my question is, why can't everyone have access to the practice maps? I understand they can't give early access of champs to everyone, but why not the practice maps? So we can at least have the same opportunity practicing against meta relevant defenders and health pools as they do?

I would say Nimrod. Giving it to him with high sig straight up buffs his damage by a factor of 1.35x
Scorpion is really nice to have but most of what you want to use him for can already be done without the dupe.

How so?
-EQ can't be mowed down by a few OP champs anymore.
-There are multiple counters for almost every problem.
-These champs are still very good but they don't have the same impact they once did because the game is very different. I had a r4 s200 Nick on day 1 and he's been an average addition to my deck at best. I got Torch in July but barely used him because other science champs solve more problems.
-If you missed out on Hulkling there are other champs that cover his immunities and or his old matchups like Onslaught, Photon, and FAM much better.
-If you want someone for hazard shift, you've got a choice between Absman and Kingpin. You can even rank Valkyrie for it.
-If you need an unstoppable counter and missed Valk, you can use Shang Chi or Chee.
-Missed Scorpion? Np…Ham, Cassie, Lizard, and Spiderwoman.
It's not like it used to be, there are multiple options for almost everything. Don't get swayed by the FOMO.

What???? That is literally what it does.
It Guaranteed that you get one of each champion before your start dupping them. There are 6 champions, so...guess what you get ALL 6 champions.
Please be informed before going around post misinformation.

He is in the titan pool because the purpose of the crystal is to release new champs in a limited pool to increase the odds of players pulling those champs before they get lost in the ever-increasing basic pool. The titan crystal has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the champions it contains.
