Genuine question: how does the incoming nerf "ruin" Spider-Woman? I have an easier time understanding those who were upset over her ability to counter evade disappearing since that was a guaranteed piece of utility (even if it's only on for about 40% of the fight). However, no matter how I view it, I can't see how the ability accuracy reduction was anything but terribly unreliable. The ability accuracy reduction isn't active for 60% of the fight, and then it doesn't kick in 70% of the time that it is active. Some people seem so genuinely attached to that piece of utility, but I've never really understood the charm. At least not to the extent that removing it would "ruin" Spider-Woman.

For example, I love Ensnare on Okoye, but if Kabam gave her the same retuning that they gave SW, I wouldn't bat an eye. I love the evade shut-down aspect of Ensnare, but I still think that the ability accuracy reduction is way too unreliable for me to care too much about it. Even more so when I'm not in direct control of when it triggers.

But like I said, it's a genuine question. I'm not saying you're wrong for thinking that way or anything. I'm just curious what your reasoning is when it comes to this.

My worry is we go back to the days of surprise nerfs/changes like Moleman due to ‘champion bugs’, that were left untouched for up to, and over 12 months. At least the current process has some stability.
