Exactly what was promised. Hes not a changed champions, but hes alot easier to ramp and play now. The phase is noticeably longer, so you get four furies a phase instead of three, and the pause feels almost too long now. So you ramp quickly and stay ramped easily. Perfect.

Still probably top 5 worst 7 stars available. Neither max damage nor utility have been improved. It is just easier to get to max ramp up and stay there. Unfortunately the max ramp up is still absolute garbage. It took them 6+ months to bump up a couple durations by 15%. I genuinely question what is going on over there.
