Can confirm that Nefaria doesn't work. Max Sig, fully ramped up, and Attuma still regens to full.

Who do you think is going to replace solvarch?
Mike said in the stream another champion is going to replace solvarch in titan pool.
We had galan (cosmic) who replaced luma(skill). Now we have solvarch (Tech) I wonder who's going to replace him? We already have a mystic and cosmic in next titan (june month champs) and it's clear from the saga list we have a tech and science new champ coming in July/Aug. Does that mean a mutie or skill is going to replace solvarch? I wonder who's that.
I put my bet in skill class, possibilly stealthy or baron zemo. Who do you guys think will replace solvarch in titan?

This person not being paragon+ doesn't mean they don't intend on getting there. No one decides to become paragon and straight up go for it. You have to build your account accordingly or save up on rank up resources.

Read his kit bro only his base regen rate which is set at 25% instead of the normal 100% can’t be reduced. It is clearly referring to the regen in his base kit not from regeneration from other sources. You must be new to the game if you don’t know that Kabam makes those kinds of distinctions.Past wars do not matter . You didn't *Need* to cancel out healing then. Here you do.Because attuma’s ability only applies to his base regeneration rate and not to buffs from nodes. I know for a fact Count countered him in past war seasons because alliances would often place him on regen nodes and this was tier 1 warsI already did l, but the one who asks for help then questions the advice given. Yes, Nefaria does not have heal block, but he doesn’t need to have it. His signature ability when awakened prevents the defender from regenerating and reverses it thus gaining charges while doing it from the node. And like I already told you he counters thorns when ramped up.I think what OP is trying to ask is whether or not that should be happening. Attuma cannot have his regen rate reduced. So how is Befaria doing it?
And I don't understand what you mean by "not to buffs from nodes". Regen rate is regen rate.

Valiant rosters most likely breezed through it & the resource usage didn't achieve projections. Usage meaning resources & hopefully $. Maybe lumping paragon in will help... if it's not $ driven, even more so if it is, it's an unfortunate letdown of a decision. What's the point of these titles anymore?
