1 Energy Refill a month… thanks Kabam!
https://youtu.be/V5q9B8Zme_8?si=Qmat5vWWOo6GCNCDForget P2W …. We are now at P2P. We were told we don’t need the energy refills….. lol, good luck with daily quests, battlegrounds, side quest, EQ (if it’s ever fixed) and 9.3. Kabam wants us to touch a lot more grass. So thoughtful.
Re: Top 30 Prestige list in game is wrong. Shows top 30 PI without masteries not prestige
I am a newer player that has paid no attention to prestige. I thought prestige was the hero rating without masteries. Is that correct? Also, why does ascension NOT count towards prestige?
Re: it's the end of an era
We also lost the 1000 refined xp for completing paragon gauntlet. Unless they placed it somewhere else. I couldn’t find it anywhere.
Re: Any reward package for players who completed this month’s absurd EQ?
You only have yourself to blame for wasting time on that garbage.
Re: Any reward package for players who completed this month’s absurd EQ?
I just want to make sure I understand this correctly.
You want compensation for something you voluntarily chose to do. You made the conscious decision to undertake Elder difficulty, knowing how hard it would be. When it proved to be even worse than you thought, you still chose to push forward and finish, and want Kabam to compensate you for your choice.
We struggle as a community sometimes to get compensation for things that effect everyone as a whole and that we have no choice in (looking at the July general comp that never came) but you, the individual who made a choice to do optional content that widely agreed to be way off the mark too hard, you want compensation for your choice.
I think your compensation is you will get rewards this month the rest of us won't because we chose not to undertake such a crazy punishment of this iteration of the EQ.

Well said- clapping with the crowd from here. 100%
Any reward package for players who completed this month’s absurd EQ?
Because, this EQ isn’t “adaptive,” it’s absurdly overtuned. The defenders feel like Everest-level defenders with health pools and attack values way beyond anything reasonable. Add in punishing, unfun interaction nodes, and it’s less “adaptive” and more “unplayable.”
Each fight is 5+ minutes of slogging, 16 fights per quest, burning through revives and potions— for what? Rewards that are barely on par with what we’ve already seen from the Valiant Gauntlet.
At first, I thought players calling this EQ garbage were exaggerating. Then I played it. Turns out, they were being generous. How did this even pass testing from the same team that claims to “keep player experience in mind”?
And look, I get it — mistakes can happen. Maybe the team thought boosts would make these fights go faster, but in practice that clearly hasn’t worked. Instead, it turned into a frustrating slog. When those mistakes translate into pure pain for the players, it only seems fair to compensate the ones who actually pushed through and finished it.
Now, plenty of players are skipping this EQ altogether. But for those of us who went through it, dealing with Kabam’s mistake and carrying the pain, shouldn’t there be something better than these insult-tier rewards?
If next month’s EQ really is going to be “less miserable,” fine. But that doesn’t erase the disaster this one turned out to be. Players who suffered through it deserve acknowledgment— and better rewards than what we got.
Valiant Bottom Tier Perspective on the New Rewards System
But then I decided to do the math properly, combining the daily harvests, weekly harvests, and EQ rewards, and things look a bit different.
Note: Daily run can be done 6 days a week, and weekly run can be completed 4 times per month.
Monthly Reward Comparison
T6B
Old (Paragon + Valiant): 4
New (Daily + Weekly + EQ): 22
T3A
Old (Paragon + Valiant): 4
New (Daily + Weekly + EQ): 22
T6CC
Old (Paragon + Valiant): 3.5
New (Daily + Weekly + EQ): ~ 12
T4A
Old (Valiant): 45,600 shards
New (Only in Weekly + EQ): 1 full catalyst + 31,900 shards
7* Shards
Old (Paragon + Valiant): 18,000
New (Wed & Sat + Weekly + EQ): 27,400
7* Awakening Gem Shards
Old (Valiant): 2,000
New (Only in EQ): 1,600
T7B
Old (Valiant): 25,200
New (Only in EQ): 9,200
Titan Shards
Old (Valiant): 8,000
New (Only in EQ): 3,400
Conclusion
At first glance, it looked like a straight nerf. But after combining daily + weekly + EQ rewards, most items actually got a significant boost—except for Titan shards and T7B, which remain heavily reduced for me. The only bottleneck now is energy, requiring 2 refills per day to fully farm daily rewards and supply runs.
