Does anybody else upset about the new alliance wars I'm already not happy about having to pay entry into raid week for alliance quest. Pretty soon this game is going to change enough to where I'm not going to play anymore because it's not the game that I started to play.

They already said comp for that overtuned EQ will have some refills, and apparently ‘refills discussion’ is on the menu for the dev diary… so yeah, looks like we’re finally gonna have a "discussion" about the energy they yoinked from us.

But ‘stop ruining the game’? Nah, that part didn’t make it into the dev diary—guess it’s ‘necessary for the game economy’

Like McocNoib said, champs with 2 hit Medium (black cat, spiral etc) are the best options. Silk is by far the best because it you bait sp2 her evade saves if you final to dex one or two hits

Why do I have a feeling that crashed discussed about his upcoming dev diary with some ccp (only mafia closed circle), and thats why, Vega the clickbaiter made a post to be a step ahead of kabam for his views and make his followers feel like his premeditated video was the reason kabam listened to the community.

I've never seen a game to where it's some sort of badge of honor to call for boycotts, profess your intent to quit etc. I'm the first in line to complain about the poop controls, AI and other things but I understand that it comes with the territory when you're playing games. They all have issues albeit some more than others.

Background nugget - I've worked in every level of the game industry .. behind the curtain with developers, community teams, event marketing … all the E3s, Comic Cons etc etc. I've been intimately connected to the industry from Microsoft to EA to SEGA to Remedy to Capcom to ID to Gearbox to Bethesda to Atari to Nintendo to ya know .. nerdville lol.

Still, I don't understand the goal of trying to champion a boycott or profess your plans to quit. I'm sure Kabam would fix everything in the game if they could and I'm sure they intend to because it's a company who is in it to make money, pay their employees etc. So it's in their best interest to make sure their game is enjoyable .. with or without previously mentioned boycotts and public quitting.

I just don't get the outrage and what is quite normal in the industry and technology period. What Kabam needs to do is focus on growing a real all inclusive community that spans beyond just YouTubers. They need to hit the ground floor and cultivate a game-wide voice for its players … CCP is one thing but there needs to be more, so that the community at large can feel like it's their game too. Maybe that's the angle they're taking with CCP 2.0.

The more you grow that voice, the more likely it is you'll get the opposite of these quit videos and quit posts and boycott stances. Right now Kabam comes off as a company who doesn't listen to its community. Which is crazy because they do a LOT of listening to the community. But it feels that way because they're really lacking a voice "in" the community. Community is such a slippery slope where games are concerned and it's delicate in how you foster it, nurture it and help it become something that sustains itself over time.

Where is the confusion then? If you don't play a war, you don't score points, and other alliances that do play may pass you. They froze war rating, so you can't change challenge/map/multiplier tier, but you can still change reward tiers, especially if you don't play.

The good news is, the lack of paying attention isn't going to hurt you because no one will be getting worse rewards than they did last season.
