If your Chavez is ranked up then go with Chavez. She can handle Airwalker. Easy knockdown and her negative zone won't let Air Walker to reach sp3. He can be a bit problematic if you can't solo him because after gaining his persistent charges he gains a lot of power and if the AI isn't coperative enough then he will launch his sp3, which simply means you quit.

I can tell you from my limited experience with him so far you will absolutely get hit, lol. Currently, I’m taking every match up I can with him, and while he annihilates almost whole science class, there are certain interactions that you forget about-I.e. the photon medium, Nick fury, bullseye, I’ve tried them all in bgs. That damage reduction was clutch against bullseye and photon. Not ideal, but I finished photon under a minute and 85% health, bullseye was similar but I got hit, 78% health. Both rank 3s verse my rank 2Yeah I guess that's what I don't get. It doesn't get rid of non damaging debuffs or reduce their potency or duration, it just reduces subsequent damage, but that kinda assumes you're getting hit, which with the invisible mechanic you shouldn't be anyway...I awakened him for THIS BGs meta, void, leader, Titania, specifically, but any champ who put non damaging debuffs on you. They fall off and after there is a damage reduction for ANY incoming damage. Photon can still hit you with mediums, but he destroys everyone pretty cleanly (in science). Curious why you awakened him? I'm trying to understand his signature ability and it doesn't seem very useful to me, but I might be missing something? (I'm just basing this on reading his kit, I don't have him yet).
Like you said, Photon is the only meta defender where that would matter, but that's not a fight he should be taking anyway, right?
Stark Spidey question
I'm not the best stark Spidey question, so it's probably something obvious I'm missing (with nodes, kit, etc).
In BG since the update to GC nodes for week 3/4, I've been using stark Spidey in my deck (took him to duped r3 last Wednesday).
I build up 10 poise charges (yes, I know I don't need that many), and when I hit my opponent after having ten charges, I'm only dealing ~8k criticals.
When I do it on winter Soldier, I'm dealing massively larger damage. What am I missing? Thanks all, and enjoy the laugh at my expense for something that's probably obvious. I can record a video if needed as it has been every fight against different champs (5 thus far since I've put him in my deck).

If you know how to use wong, then its fine otherwise swap for Doom to solo airwalker. You have more than enough units and revives to do atleast 2-3 paths

If I had used any cheat I would not be summoner...i didn't used any 3rd party software.My game was not logging in so I tried too many times then after few time I get logged in and after 2 day it shows my game got banned due to use of a 3rd party application ..in those two days I didn't even completed a single actBans don't always happen in real time. Sometimes the conduct that triggers the ban is batched for review, or sometimes an account does something that gets flagged that is not cheating, but during the review of that event that review uncovers cheating that happened in the past.
This causes many players to think there's some wiggle room for appeal here. They know they did something wrong, but no ban happened so they got away with it. Then days, maybe weeks later they get banned "out of the blue" and think that Kabam made a mistake and they can appeal. But no, it is probably just the ban catching up with the player.
There is no statute of limitations on bans.

The first time it failed they had an entire month to fix it and they didnt. 3 months in a row with no fix just shows kabams laziness.The first time it "failed" was in the April 04 Livestream, this was not a real fail nor bug and entirely my fault for not scheduling it properly due to the Daylight savings change. This surfaced a few problems in that I was scheduling it way too close to the launch unnecessarily and not allowing sufficient padding in the event there could be issues. So we comp'ed and looked forward to the future!
So in that, the solve was to just schedule it many hours in advance and keep it on beyond 24 hours. This was also to solve another pain point in that viewers who couldn't make it exactly at the live show time from beginning to end couldn't complete their drops, so we introduced in the May livestream, Live Looping.
Unfortunately in the May 2nd Livestream, the issue of players getting partial drops or not at all after claimed was the actual first time there was a wide functional issue like this. Again we comp'ed and our team got right on it and made some changes. However, May was an outlier month in that we had a mid month livestream as well so we tried again. Now, albeit better than the last time for many, there was still a significant number of people that had issue, which we addressed in our post about the Drops and Kabam ID.
I don't mind taking responsibility for shortcomings, but to suggest a problem just over 3 weeks old is actually 3 months old and that this team is just being lazy is not something I'm willing to concede.
I'm not often lazy.. but when I am.. It definitely looks like solving issues and testing new solutions and providing compensation..

People complaining had nothing to do with it. People complain about lots of things, doesn't mean we just give things away based on that metric. We asked players to come watch our streams and earn drops.. They earned them, but didn't receive them. Will we get a champion who ignores protection/safeguard?
It’s been a mechanic for ages and has become more and more common. Unlike regular resistances there isn’t really a way to ignore or bypass it yet, however do we think we will see a champion who can do so?
All sorts of interactions have been manipulated in almost every way imaginable, think about crits, resistances, regen, buffs and debuffs, surely protection is next on the chopping block to receive a work around/counter?
Or is protection such a fundamental mechanic, involved mainly in the form of nodes rather than champion abilities, that any champ who can bypass it would be too powerful? Maybe they could limit personal protection effects, ignoring nodes, or do we already have that in the form of AAR?
Just a neat little thought experiment i would like to hear others thoughts on
