Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Dear Kabam, I ask you to see the ban message and really deal with this global problem, which has affected 20-50% of your game's players in the CIS. Last week, a bunch of players received sudden bans. Some were in the game at the time, while others were not, some were playing the arcade browser mode, while others were leveling up their characters, completing monthly quests, and so on, but one thing unites them all-they received sudden bans. Why? It is still unclear. It's been about 3-4 days since the ban, but you haven't provided an official response. You've sent one response to all the players, but is that appropriate?
Each response is identical.
"Cheating on the Battlegrounds" is serious?
Last season, I personally entered the gladiator arena with my own hands, and then played 4-5 matches. I earned 18 points and ended the season in the URU. Am I a cheater? I didn't use any cheats, and I didn't give up against strong opponents, knowing that I would lose. I played every match to the end. I didn't engage in point farming. So what kind of violations are you talking about on the Battlegrounds? If I were a cheater, why wouldn't I climb higher? Gamma, Mysterium, Celestial?
I'll answer this question myself, because I'm an honest player, and I like your game. I've spent a lot of time playing it and developing my account honestly! Without any auxiliary programs, cheats, pilots, or anything else.
In the entire existence of Battlegrounds, I've never had more than 120 points, so you're saying I'm a cheater?
Who will now return my failed calendar, burned resources, daily rewards, and goals?
You mistakenly banned people by sending everyone the same response without understanding the problem. By framing the players and the alliances they are a part of.

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests

But if Kabam bans everyone who has ever shared their account, who will play the game?
Re: Kabam, why aren't they banned? The situation with CIS region streamers accept money to complete cont
Why are you so interested in Russian YouTubers? Do you naively believe that there are no such streamers in Canada, the United States, or Europe? They're the current hot topic, as you obviously know. It almost looks like Kabam is moving through each region. Started with India and China, now we're up to Russia. I imagine the other regions will get their own time to shine soon enough. Gotta keep taking out the trash.

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
I've been playing this game for 7 years, and I'm shocked by the treatment of players. I've donated to this game many times, but after this situation, I'm unlikely to do so again, and I'm not sure if I'll continue playing this game at all.

KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Good day, fellow summoners! I’d like to tell you about how our beloved little indie company, Kabam, works!
As many of you know, last week a bunch of players got their accounts banned for donating to the game through third parties. Because of this, my honest and dear allies and friends suffered—people who play the game fairly, without using third-party software, and who also have great skill and an impressive stock of testosterone. They contacted support to find out exactly why they were banned, and the answer from support was a killer — they were banned for cheating in Battlegrounds. And everyone got the exact same response.
I’m not going to speculate on the real reason for the bans, because it’s just laughable. Nobody broke the rules in Battlegrounds — some of them didn’t even really play that mode in the past season.
So, here’s the point of my post: I wasn’t banned. And I thought — what if I contact support with the same issue my friends had, but with my account still active? Guess what? I got exactly the same response as my friends. You can’t make this up.
The funniest part is the ticket submission form. Support asks you to provide your in-game nickname, when you made a purchase, when you last logged in — all, apparently, just to create the illusion that they care about the player. In reality, it seems they didn’t bother to run any actual checks, since our beloved little indie company apparently decided to put their support in fully automated mode so they wouldn’t waste too much effort. I’ll attach screenshots of the ticket and the response to this post, as well as proof that I wasn’t banned.

Re: Glory cap
Isn’t max Glory 15k, not 16k ?At level 61 your glory cap increases from 15k to 16k and at 10k glory you get the pop up.
One of the Pop'ups is just warning that you are nearing (can still be quite a ways away) from max. (like maybe 10k plus could get that warning pop-up).

Re: Titanium crystals update owned
Good morning everyone, I was wondering something that I never understood, but if I have normal whole titan crystals or Nexus (not fragments) and wait for September to update the pg, do they update or do the current ones remain?Yes, they update — the pool changes for all unopened Titan crystals when the update goes live.
