An immunity is not ability accuracy modification. Consider Shuri. She can't have her ability accuracy reduced at all, meaning she has a 100% chance to place a shock on the opponent, assuming she has the charges to do so. You can try all you want, but that 100% chance to place a shock still isn't going to put one on Thing, who is immune to shock.

When something talks about ability accuracy modification, you need to consider those very specific words. Sinister doesn't lower the ability accuracy of reverse controls; he is outright immune. But bring in someone like Elektra, who reduces the opponents ability accuracy for each debuff on them. She can take out a lot of what's happening in the fight, but she will never get rid of the reverse controls because she can't reduce its chances.

Silver Centurion has Slow on his Heavy Attack and HTD can reduce Evade AA using a synergy. There might be one more but I think that might be it for Tech Champions who specifically lower Evade AA.

It's due to "Combat Deja vu- (Prowess Buff)". It gives Mr. Negative a prowess buff whenever you do the same basic attack twice in a row. Then you probably have one of the pre-fights that nullifies buffs, which Mr. Negative is immune to, and whenever he is immune to that, he deals a burst of damage to you.

Try to play it slow and you'll get through it. Medium-Light-Medium. Heavy. Medium-Light-Medium. Heavy. Special 1. Medium-Light-Medium. Etc. Just don't repeat the same attack twice in a row and you'll hopefully get through it.

It is a known issue with the duo incursions. Unfortunately there has been no other communication outside of their acknowledgement.

Mr sin and bastion are great options, but you need class diversity atm, and I'll hold on nico until her balance update, so Swomen is best choice
