Re: Is the update coming today???
What does it say about the quality of a buff if people couldn't even tell if it was live 💀

Re: Battle Grounds Question
I forget the exact number, but it's roughly two full tiers before where you finish a season. So if you finish Diamond 1 you should start somewhere around Gold 1 next season.

I've reached mental capacity for champions (and what that can mean for the game going forward)
1. Dunbar's Number is a sociology concept about the ideal maximum community size of approximately 150, with that being the limit to how many relationships one can maintain.
While not an obvious connection to that concept, I feel like I've reached my limit of champions I can hold in my head.
Looking at Solvarch/Cassandra's abilities, my eyes glaze over and I can't remember in detail what they do even an hour later. This has probably been the case for most of the 2025 champions. However, I can still tell you that off the top of my head that Vox's SP3 can neutralize Inhuman champions (even though I've never used it) or that Kamala can nullify buffs (despite never actually using her). I just think that I can't stuff any more champion knowledge into my brain.
2. Champions are getting more complicated, and the number of champions is constantly growing as well. For normal game modes, this doesn't really matter since you have time to plan and resources (potions) to retry. However, even for game modes like Arena, this starts becoming an issue.
For competitive game modes (AW, BGs) this means that most casuals won't be able to keep up purely from a champion quantity/quality perspective. While one could argue that a player only needs to commit 30-50 champions to memory each month (based on meta relevancy), it still is a mental ask that not all players will be inclined to continue. Setting aside complaints about matchmaking, I wonder if there will be a natural attrition rate just from there being too many champions.
I don't think this is an actual problem, its intrinsic to the game (2 champions added each month) and just the natural progression of the game (champions have to be different from pre-existing champions). But I just think it highlights that this game will have a shelf-life for old farts like myself.

Re: Fantastic Force Recruitment Midpoint analysis
400k was indeed very close to the cutoff for the top 100.

Re: Fantastic Force Recruitment Midpoint analysis
I have scored around 1M points during this event in almost 3 weeks time and numerous hands and have not got the cards which give you the legend title. It doesn't increase their odds. The reason why I they are doing ten energy is because they are getting more chances (3 chances instead of just one). They are quitting out because it speeds things up because they haven't gotten a good hand after redraws to get a legends title. It would be an even smaller chance to get with their current hand than try again with a new hand with three redraws, and if they're going strictly for legends, then time is important as they need to play more hands.
I do not know if it is true but it seems from youtube videos, it is better to play 10 energy and quit several times without getting any points as this might enhance your chances to get the legend title than playing 30 energy.
Just do a quick youtube search on videos where people record their tactics to win the legend title.
I play 30 energy because i want high scores, but if the above is true, does not seem like statistically fair RNG to me....
I like this new mode, but the RNG looks terribly designed...
Re: Is this possible? BG match
If you're not running your own Leader in this meta, you should always ban your opponent's.
Same with Void unless he's low sig.

Re: Raids point scoring question
It scales with your alliance prestige, like regular AQ
Re: MCOC Epoch of Pain Path 2 Cosmic Skill 7* only help needed
I’m going to be dead serious Vision army’s is your best champion for the path. When u get 1 armor break up you just dash in and out and deal tons of damage from his debuffs. He is insanely good against ares too
I would bring knull for nebula and arkus for the rest. Dthanos is another great option against ares.

Re: Request to add deathless champion awakening gems
The issue with that is wherever they put the gem, they'd be punishing their most dedicated players who already got them and awakened them in the normal way because of "rewards budget"I kinda feel like if enough time has passed, the players who did that hard work, say over a year ago, are so much further in their progression than anyone needing a deathless champ awakened (aka me, who needs 1 more deathless piece for DKG) and it won’t really affect them negatively.

Re: 2nd Best Mutant Defender
With optimal counters, they’re all easy, so I’ll list them when using sub-pair counters and how many counters there are.
1. Sinister (not crit champion needed)
2. Domino (unavoidable damage if you don’t have increased ability accurate)
3. Gentle (he’s a much better stall than many people realize)
4. Jean grey (she’s really not that hard, but people get tripped up with the reverse controls)
5. Onslaught (dex the specials and you’re good)
6. Dust (occasionally annoying, but she doesn’t have anything bad unless you mess up)
