Re: Who should I awaken first
Disagree, my 6star r5 kitty is a VERY competent defender. A miss counter is not a solution for her and you need a tech which invalidates her prowess.that's very tricky then, fanta is a great battlegrounds dual threat and same for fury who is mostly a hard stall bgs attacker. Other 2 have almost no defensive value but good attackers, kitty needs 7* for bgs thofor attack kitty needs it the most but archangel has most utility and needs sigsNote: I also wanted to use them for battlegrounds
She was a menace back then on defense and still puts in the work on the rare occasions I place her on D
Interesting DLL Thoughts Re: AW
From his stream today (starting around 30 minute mark):
"It's not that Tier 1 isn't doing enough, it's that Tier 1 just isn't enough people to run a mode for. . . .
We need to find something with War that engages more people. . . .
I strongly prefer the more traditional approach. . . . The broader point is to find a way to bring more people into the AW pipeline as opposed to the current standard which is more: The people at the top have a lot of fun with it and then the vast, vast majority of the playerbase doesn't even place defenders. . . . "
My opinion? I don't really care either way, but it doesn't appear that there are enough tears in the top tiers to sway Kabam to ignore the reality that AW is dead and it needs to change.

Proposal for an Official Resource Site for Marvel Contest of Champions
I wanted to take a moment to discuss a topic that’s been on my mind regarding “Marvel Contest of Champions.” With the game being a staple in mobile gaming for over a decade, it’s surprising that we don’t have an official resource site like auntm.ai or khonshu-ankh
The creators of those sites provided invaluable resources to our community, offering features like mastery trees, prestige calculations, and detailed information about nodes and abilities. However, it’s unfortunate that one has shut down due to server costs and the other has not been updated in nearly a year and we do not known if the creator is even ok.
This leaves many of us without a reliable source of information, and it begs the question: why hasn’t Kabam created an official site that we can use as a community resource or even bought out one of the previous sites or even hired them to maintain the site?
Here are a few reasons why I believe an official resource site would greatly benefit both the players and the developers:
1. Community Demand: The popularity of the previous community-driven sites shows that there is a strong need for easy access to comprehensive game information. An official resource would cater directly to this demand.
2. Centralized Information: With an official site, all game-related information could be accurately maintained in one location, reducing confusion and ensuring players have the best possible resources at their fingertips.
3. Support and Reliability: Official websites provide guaranteed reliability. Unlike third-party platforms that may face issues like server downtime or lack of updates, an official resource would always be accessible and current.
4. Engagement and Connection: Creating an official site would enhance engagement between Kabam and the community, fostering a better connection and a more enriched player experience.
5. Enhancing Gameplay: Access to detailed information about mastery trees, abilities, and synergies would empower us to make informed decisions about our champions and strategies, leading to a more enjoyable gameplay experience
6. Legacy of the Game: An official resource site would demonstrate Kabam’s commitment to the game and its community, ensuring that the legacy and vibrancy of “Marvel Contest of Champions” continue for many more years.
I believe that an official resource site would be an incredible asset for the community and for the future of the game. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
Thank you for reading.

Re: This new AW idea is fire
catering to only one side of a player base never goes well in any game. haven’t we learned this by now?You are saying doing one fight every two days is interesting? Why are we still playing this game. You do realize that most of the player base does not play in high tier war where this supposed “strategy and planning” takes place? If by “many players quit[ting]” you mean those in Masters Alliance, sure. I’m sure Kabam would like to retain as many players as possible, but it’s also an inevitability that some players quit/lose interest/etc. However, Kabam’s main priority is retaining a majority of the player base. And if they like this new format, it will stay.
I bet Kabam will see many players quit the game if they made this permanent
if you honestly believe that catering to “most of the player base” by any means, including scuffing the game for people who actually like to strategize, plan, etc will keep the game alive then i have a bridge to sell you. those “masters alliances” are the hardcore players that keep this game going.

Re: This new AW idea is fire
This would have been great as a change to AQ, in my opinion. That mode has been boring and stale for years. The problem with changing war is the people who like war as it was are going to strongly dislike this. The strategizing of war was what made the experience fun. There’s going to be little strategizing in the long run. It’s going to become champ A on node 1 every war. And champ B on node 2. And so on and so on. War will become even more repetitive of doing the same fight every time. It’s fun now because it’s new, but personally don’t see it being fun for very long.I agree with every point you made... I will just add one more thing... Youtube videos of war are going to be boring IF they keep being made... It will be boring to watch and nobody will care to make them...
In this mode champs that need ramp, such as Corvus and mojo, are going to be pretty much useless. I personally would rank up champs for war, but now only needing 1 op defender and a select handful of attackers diminishes the need to fill holes in my roster.
I’ll give it a chance, but I’m not seeing this being great long term.
Great change if that was made to AQ or even to RAID... To war I believe it was not a good change
MCOC All Around Champ and Endgame Content Guide

I realized that the link to the spreadsheet got buried at the bottom of the thread. This thread will serve as my way to update you all on where the spreadsheet is at. So far, science and mystic stat focuses are done and just various things throughout. Stuff like this takes time as there are someodd 294 champions in the game, so bear with me. If you see I make a mistake, please let me know. If you see something you would like added, let me know, and we will eventually get to that tab. The champ info list is the only thing in the works right now, once finished, we will move on to the next highest priority. This sheet is view only for now, but if you feel you would bring valuable insight to the table, I will make the base layer for a tab, and grant access for you to add your knowledge

Re: Please i need help
I have fixed the issue
What you have to do is download or open Steam.
Then download and install VRChat.
When Easy Anti Cheat is asking do you want this app to make changes to your device then choose the options yes!
When you are in VRChat the game.
Try again to play MCOC on your pc.
Hope this will work for you.

Re: Who to Rank 4 from the Heart of Fire Event
I have basicially all the long form content before me as i just finished 8.3.6 and got Valiant yesterday. Thats why i cant decide between Fant and DPIn that case I’d recommend you check out Metal Sonic Dude’s video on Dark Phoenix. He takes her in to Necropolis among other things and she is pretty great for that and other long form content. If that is more of a priority for you than BGs, then you should give her serious consideration. I probably would have done her vs. Fantman if I hadn’t already finished most of the long form stuff.
