Because attuma’s ability only applies to his base regeneration rate and not to buffs from nodes. I know for a fact Count countered him in past war seasons because alliances would often place him on regen nodes and this was tier 1 wars

Read his kit bro only his base regen rate which is set at 25% instead of the normal 100% can’t be reduced. It is clearly referring to the regen in his base kit not from regeneration from other sources. You must be new to the game if you don’t know that Kabam makes those kinds of distinctions.

Why is Valiant EQ getting opened up to Paragon players? It's literally called Valiant... I understand that it's trying to limit the gap between top-end players and whatnot, but there's barely anything that makes Valiant worthwhile as it is (don't say anything about the Valiant/ 4 hour crystals. The 4 hour crystals are barely an upgrade and the valiant crystals are outdated and a hassle to get nowadays).

Like what is the point of pushing these titles if they do not hold any weight? Its not even that hard to become a Valiant anymore so why not keep the requirement? Completing story content should be pretty important step in the game, I say

The incentive isn't content restriction, its what spenders can get for their money. The incentive to push progression titles is you get access to bigger better webstore deals, bigger better July 4th and cyber Monday deals. They aren't rewarded with content exclusivity. They are rewarded with how far their dollars will go. Progression it targeted to incentivise revenue.

I mean Pepe literally explored necropolis within a day and a bit when it first came out. Wouldn't be surprised if someone was able to brute force it day 1.

It's shorter thank Necropolis, and some players will definitely do it day 1, but it's quite difficult. One of our designers told me he think's it's the hardest quest we have ever made.

It took someone about 6 months to beat realm of legends. I highly doubt it will be harder than that upon release.
