DoT boost increases the duration of debuffs, not potency. It also causes your hits to do a burst of damage as well. If you wanted stronger incinerates, you needed to do siphon slider

Hey all. Maybe I’m missing something but is there a reason Kabam doesn’t share the details of events in advance anymore? Wheel of Fate drops tomorrow and there’s no post announcing the details of the quest and rewards for completing quests. Did they just do away with advance info and we just have to wait for it to drop to get that detail?

No. It's to get champs that aren't in the basic.

Taking everything at face value, if no one pulled either a Spider-Woman or a Jean Grey out of 120 pulls, that would be pretty rare.

~11% chance to pull either champ out of a single crystal.

To get not a single pull of either champ out of 120 crystals is quite unlikely.
