And the place I installed the game is a page called apkmirror. They don't allow their names to be associated with cheats, not cheats. I accept that it is a beautiful system, but shouldn't they weed out the innocent ones? There are millions of people worldwide who cannot access either the appstore or playstore applications. And the software community knows this very well. I have been using apkmirror for more than 5-6 years. And no matter where you go in the world, its signatures are more reliable than playstore. Most advanced users, especially the Kabam software team, know this. I am not saying that what Kabam did was wrong. What I mean is that they burned innocent people like us whose devices were customized or who lived in countries where play store / mcoc / or similar were banned. They need to fix it and be fast. You say that you do not want to understand this today. But when you have a problem tomorrow, think of me in the same situation. You will also be in the wrong and no one will care what the issue is.. Doing this today means that you accept what will happen to you tomorrow and that you should remain silent.

You are missing the point, i don’t make the rules Kabam does. And they don’t want you to download the game anywhere else but the places I mentioned earlier. Write support and see what answer you get, we cannot help you here..

My friend, they should have informed me for 1 month before doing this. As someone who follows, I should have received the e-mail. If they had told me this before, I would have installed the game from the Play Store version anyway. I would also like to touch on the subject that you do not want to understand. There is nothing as simple as downloading the game from the Play Store and using a few tools to cheat an immobile enemy. And if you install the game from the Play Store and update it with the apk you downloaded, you will continue to use a cheat that still shows the download location as the Play Store. Why don't you want to understand?

They did inform you many many times with in game mails saying don't use 3rd party. Choosing not to read or understand it is on you.

It saddens me that you are so ignorant that you do not understand that I am not using any 3rd party software.

You're using software that is a virtual environment that isn't region based or emulates having a device that can run Google Play. If the Google Play store isn't native to your phone and you have to download software to get access, that's a 3rd party application.

Kabam has never allowed you to side load the game via sites like that and that's where modders get their APK files to modify. No one is accusing you of cheating but you also didn't get the game from a valid source.

Yes you are right. We should know the reason. We didn't get any! Other then general bs about ToS. I've got official install from google store. No account sharing, no cheats.Tell me what ToS have i broke? And how can i avoid "braking them" in the future if i have no idea what I did wrong other then i have android instead of iOS

As a 7 - year veteran player, I don't know why I was wrongly banned. I love this game very much and am a loyal fan. I just bought the dual - path Captain Britain. I have always updated the game through the official App Store for every update. I hope the game staff can re - review my case and lift the ban.

if you are NOT from Mainland China, here are the possible use cases that would possibly get you banned:

1) Idevice (e.g. Iphone, Ipad)- your device is jailbroken, you would still get banned even if you download/updated through Official Apple App Store.

2) Android smartphone- you download/install the apk file from 3rd party site (e.g. apkpure.com), you would get banned because the game must come from Google App Store.

If none of the above, submit ticket to Kabam support for further report.

However, if you are Mainland China, then the case would be more complicated:
1) Android-

the Google Play Store is indeed unavailable in China. This is due to censorship restrictions and regulations in place by the Chinese government. As a result, Chinese users typically rely on local alternatives like the Huawei AppGallery, or third-party app stores such as Tencent MyApp or 360 Mobile Assistant

Since mainland China does not have google play store access, if you install it from 3rd party site, it would get you banned.

Also, as per my understanding, people in Mainland China must use Game Accelerator (加速器) to play this game due to Chinese firewall. Every foreigner (perhaps even KABAM themselves) on this forum had cultural/regional misunderstanding about the term game accelerator, and they THOUGHT this is the mod app that can make the player has infinite health in the game. THIS IS WRONG. It’s a legal VPN that only works for certain connections of which the vast majority are for online games.

The reason that they named it as Game Accelerator is because if you mentioned the name of VPN online, that app would IMMEDIATELY banned by Chinese government. So, they named it as Game Accelerator.

Finally, I personally traveled to Mainland China for business/personal purpose. Once you got there, you cannot check your gmail, yahoo mail at all. I tried to use some well known VPN (e.g. Express VPN) and that does NOT work either. if you contact their CS support, they would say their usability is not stable inside China due to the firewall restriction and they provide me some refund on monthly fee (don't trust the express VPN ads online saying that they can be used in Mainland). So, the only way that you can get access to gmail, google, yahoo email in china: I ended up looking for VPN service inside telegram and find the legit Game Accelerator service in China (usually you pay for few days of that VPN service).

Just want to clarify the regional misunderstanding to everyone online.

no one's being judgmental. it's actually a sad situation for a lot of players who aren't running cheats that give them an any competitive advantage but ARE using modified software that just let's them play the game just because they live in a country that makes it hard otherwise. so i get the anger...

false positives aside, the rules are clear: if you're using a modified version of the game or any other software that interacts with the game or say you have traces of bad software that is detectable on your phone or computer (emulation, whatever), then the system flags it.

it doesn't matter if you're not "cheating" and you've been using this for 10 years, it's always been against the TOS and now their new tech is catching it. what do you want them to do? let you use emulators, a modified mcoc app, or a modified OS on your device? why would they allow that?

I don't get you. I am under none of these. As I said, my phone is vanilla. Just downloaded the game from Google play app store. I don't have any emulator, VPN running. I mass mail I got said that people have been banned for downloading from unofficial source. But Google play store is listed in the official and that's where I downloaded it from. The apps I have are you run of the mill outlook and govt. Apps, all downloaded from Google play. The point is that the TOS i have been told I have violated through the mass mail is just not true.

There's no logic. Kabam failed this part. On the same pad, my son run his game. He was banned. There's sometimes other old accounts that I used on this pad. They're not banned..If their detector would be ok, he would have banned my other accounts. And I only use google play store. This is just a huge fail. Everybody is agree to fight the real cheaters. I played BG : some guys are hit and 100% life...but, here, this is a fail. I received an answer and they don't want to recognize the fail and the mistake...
