Only ability difference is to promote/demote, or to kick other officers.
Or to change Alliance Tag or Name, or Alliance Description pane.
Or to contact Support on behalf of an alliance related issue (and have them actually act, which there can only be 1 person with the ultimate “I give approval” for an alliance change.
If your goal is to let a co-Leader promote yet another person to Officer, meaning that your Co-Leader themself also needs to step back from responsibilities by promoting yet more people, then that may be other issues you're having with your alliance.
Other than that, officers can do all the other stuff that leader can.
As for other games, they actually have 4 (or more) different membership classes ?

That's not your BG mastery build. That's your questing build.Check your BG mastery setup, you can have a separate mastery setup there from other modes. It’s quite possible you accidentally saved a non-willpower setup. That or you’re just fighting a champ that disables willpower like Photon or Dust.I have only one active "Loadout"

As an alliance leader myself I don't see the need. The only thing you can do as leader that you can't do as officer is promote and demote people. And that's not really an obstacle, your officers could just ask you to promote or demote someone.

With July 4th sales coming up, I can tell you for me personally, I'm typically a big spender, but I need to be able to add multiple items to the cart. Buying one at a time, from past experience, my bank will eventually start flagging the purchases as fraudulent.
Simply put, if you don't get this fixed, I won't be able to spend as much. Since the site issue doesn't appear to be unique to me, odds are many others will be affected by this as well.

You can use this website to see which champs have a specific ability.Which champions have cowardice? I was looking through tech champions and could only find Cap Sam, Jack o Lantern, and Nimrod. Based on his stream, I’d say it’s a lock that a new tech champ will be coming soon with special drain, cowardice on basics and possibly neuroshock immunity / resistance. That’s all conjecture, of course. All DLL said is that special drain is new and will appear in an upcoming champ.
I remember being annoyed when they introduced characters with a special weakness that hardly anyone could take advantage of (I think it was Wong's susceptibility to Wither, which only one champ in the game had at the time)
