People tend to forget that progression is not content related anymore, it can be bought.Actually its the other way around. That's why you still have TBs and Paragons with rosters too big for their progression... You can meet the champion rank requirements by buying stuff; but for some reason they are stuck somewhere in story mode

Exactly, its not about difficulty. What else is people using revives on anyway?..Allowing paragons to play valiant gauntlet doesn't mean paragons will have an easy time getting through, in fact weak paragons are very likely to get stuck towards the end when they run out of strong champions of that classSo what? They'll just revive through it. For a paragon account the rewards are massive and they will get them every month. All this does is help lazy paragons who can't be bothered to clear act 8.3 continue to not be bothered to clear act 8.3.
Kabam should want players to progress, not reward laziness.
The rewards are too big for Paragon and fair for Valiants.
This "Player retention" strategy is getting out of hand. So anybody else feel like the charity Paragon route is comming soon? Have like what? 6 7r3s get instant Paragon or something?

I can't help having this weird taste that I was treated as a lab rat to test a new mode in May so Paragons can enjoy it in June... Yay testing for lower progression.Tbf they already said the first few months would be test months.

If you accidentally draft the worng champ thinking he would work, and if he doesn't, you're struck there forever.
For example, during off season, a defender was placed in node 2 (immune to nullify to get charges). Don't remember who the defender was, but I thought red skull would work, forgot about his nullify immunity not working against nodes, and was struck there permanently lol.

We have said a number of times, this content is experimental. The reason we decided to open it up to Paragon players this month is because we are considering giving them access to this format (not the same tuning or rewards as Valiant, but the same format) when we launch the autoscaling system. We didn't have time to produce another quest, so we decided we could collect some data by giving them access to this one.
It's also worth noting this setup is better for Valiant players. Had we produced a tuned down version of this content, it would have replaced the current Paragon gauntlet, meaning those rewards would have been a lot more work than they currently are for Valiant players.
