So, apparently an unpopular opinion based on this thread but I absolutely agree with OP. I think it's a loathsome practice. You can absolutely argue that a sub-15K points total is a bad score that normally wouldn't win you the match, but to me that's largely pointless. The issue is that we have a match between someone who actually did put effort in to try and win, and one who did not. To me, pausing your way through the entire match should be equivalent to just forfeiting the win.

I wouldn't want the pause option removed entirely - I think it's perfectly valid to pause for a second or two just as you're about to sneeze, for example. However, I would absolutely 100% support Kabam if they decided that the time you stay paused lowers your score by up to 15K points. If you just pause momentarily for something reasonable, it would be a negligible reduction. But for those who pause the entire match? You get a net total of 0 points.

Hopping on also since I'm just about planning to jump in over the next couple of days (after doing some farming for potions, etc.). This is my plan but would love some added insight (been watching Noob's vids, too):

1. D. She-Hulk (r2, sig. 100)
2. Sinister (r3, unawakened)
3. Shuri (r3, sig. 20) or Warlock (r2, sig. 20)
4. Nefaria (r2, sig. 40)
5. Venom (r3, unawakened) or Vox (r3, unawakened)

Still not sure on slot 5, but open to opinions. I don't have Onslaught (been chasing him for so long) or D. Thanos, Serpent and Wiccan are both r1 because I don't use them (the former because of my own personal gripe with Kabam's stance on the champ), Chee'ilth is r2, sig. 20, and Red Skull is r2, unawakened. Open to as much feedback as possible.

You're really going to want Serpent for Nightcrawler BPCW and Ham, Venom is going to suck for all three fights.

Hmmmm... I dove in already 🫣. Venom actually soloed Ham. I took it slow and steady. I'm at Korg now and taking a break until tomorrow. If NC and BPCW suck badly, even while trying to either take it slow or brute force, I will concede and take the L and back out. Much appreciated, though.

We all know that Bullseye is one of the best defenders out there, even with an increasing number of counters. However, in addition to that, he's a really solid attacker. He's not very flashy, but I find his complete and utter inability to miss extremely valuable. Furthermore, while he has a rotation, he's also very much a "Just hit them and they die" champion. He doesn't do overly flashy numbers, but there are very few ways to actually stop him. In addition to him not being able to miss at all, he also has True Accuracy on his SP1, meaning he also counters evade and autoblock. However, unless you need that specific type of utility, he also isn't reliant on his specials to deal damage. Even if Bullseye can't gain a single lick of power throughout the fight, he just kind of chugs along with just his basic attacks. Furthermore, the opponent doesn't need to bleed for him to deal his damage. He deals more damage to champions that can bleed, but it's not necessary for him being able to beat him. He's one of the best Photon counters, for example, depsite her being bleed immune.

He's just a very, very solid workhorse as an attacker. He's not the Cosmic Ghost Rider of the Skill class, but he more often than not gets the job done. I personally have him as an r4 and don't regret it.
