While I still wish viv had gotten a slight tune up or a damage bump (her damage is enough for battlegrounds thank God) or at least a change to her rotation so that it took 10 seconds to return not just ONE but ALL her armors after her rotation. She didn't need a buff, just needed to be rreleased as a 7star.

Even if she barely got anything, im glad she was in the rebirth pool simply for the fact that all the resources needed for her were provided. I wouldn't see her getting used AT ALL if she were added to the titan because no one would want to invest that much in her as there's an obvious scarcity in resources. Thankfully all the necessary mats were provided, you just have to decide who you want to give it to.

II've Invested in viv and wouldn't reccomend investing unless you're going all the way which is to s200. If you choose viv, you have to be willing to use all ur rebirth mats on her which is her only drawback as I assume alot of players wouldn't want to commit.

But from the experience I've gotten with her so far im very satisfied. As for your question yes. She does offer things the other techs do not. While Ironheart is better everywhere else, she isn't a good bgs champion, viv is. Viv is also a good option against Jean and the other mutants while not as good as Jack in that department id say Jack is better against mutants in battlegrounds but I have never been satisfied with his performance outside the mutant class whereas viv is a better generalist. I don't know alot about red skull but I've only seen him used against domino which viv is as good at if not better.

Viv is also a good option against random threats like arnim zola and yelena thus adding to her attack value. She is also a sneaky defender because of that power drain making it nearly impossible for you to gain power against her.

Well, implementing an unrealistic realm event milestone isn't fair.

They know the community can't reach the last/last few milestones due to their general data recordings, but still implement it. Afterwards, they jump in by saying "Don't you worry about it, we've got it covered".

Those stretch goals are likely hardcoded in to appear when the last milestone is reached. I'm guessing there are more on top of that one and had they remembered to add pts for revive usage we'd have seen more of them overall
