Enchantress is absolutely usable in questing content as well. She brings lots of utility to the team, though she does take some time to ramp up. Once fully set up, her abilities shine in longer fights, offering crowd control, healing, or buffs depending on how you build her.

Btw did you know that Enchantress has easy access to many damaging effects including incinerate, coldsnap, shock debuffs and a frostbite passive so she can counter perfect block and evade? These debuffs allow her to counter champions like Dust and Attuma. She also has untouchable and unstoppable while dashing so she has an easier time medium intercepting. Moreover, she has access to neutralize, nullify, atrophy and charm. These effects allow her to counter buff-heavy cosmics, reduce buff duration and increase her power steal potency so she has amazing power control. She can also refresh her spell effects with her sp2 which gains increased critical rating per active spell and heals her for a percentage of the damage dealt. Her heavy can be chained with a combo so she has access to easy knockdowns, allowing her to counter champions like Arnim Zola, Rintrah, Ebony Maw and Enchantress.
