Your last sentence is the reality of this game. Watching people lose their minds over the word "compensation" , I sometimes wonder if I enjoy this game a lot more than most complaining here even though I'm set to quit in a week or two. That's also why you don't see anyone criticising the sudden overabundance of tier 7 basic fragments, most people don't care about game balance or health anyway. They'd criticise the thief just because they didn't do it first, nothing to do with moral values whatsoever.

Bunch of hypocrites on both sides, kills the slightest hope I have remaining. Literal slaves some people are, would rather set an alarm for the next double crystal than question why nothing ever goes better with this game despite them flooding the forums with complaints all day long. Clearly I'm not speaking for everyone here but some of you still don't get it. Not gonna call anyone out, just a bit of self-reflection would make it fairly obvious for them to realise.

I've said it a billion times at this point, Kabam won't take necessary action unless community is clear about what they want and act accordingly. Not much to expect if you're so easily accepting of what they're trying to normalize like $600 sales and years of 0 improvement on AI issues.

If you accept mediocrity, things will never improve and they honestly don't have to.

I think they fixed the drop rate. There was lot of T7B shards in my first few openings, but nothing after that.

So this Valient quest was definitely easier than last month since it required fewer fights. Honestly, if they got rid of the 2-patch, it would be awesome.

That said, Cassandra intercepting Cassandra Nova was pure pain. The way she dashes backwards more than forwards makes it feel like she already knows the node you’re on. Took me way longer than I’d like to admit.

Also, Solvarch with that armor-up buff every 2 seconds? Ridiculous. Super frustrating mechanic that just drags out the fight unnecessarily.

And don’t even get me started on Magneto. He’s already a tough matchup, but throwing a crazy node on top of it? Straight-up hell. I really hope I don’t see those three bosses (with those nodes) again for a long time.

What about you guys? Did anyone else struggle with these fights, or was it just me getting tilted?

Now you understand how Valiants have felt the majority of the time for nearly the entire existence of the progression. We've been constantly lumped in with Paragon players, either getting reduced rewards ourselves or Paragon getting better rewards than they've earned. No matter what it looks like, Valiants should always be getting something better than Paragon. Does that mean Paragon has to be lumped with TB? No, but it does mean that Paragon shouldn't be getting what Valiants can get. There's got to be something to actually encourage players to clear through content.

As Kabam continues to make these progressions handouts, the need to do content is diminishing. There is little to incentivize players to actually move forward in the game. Thousands, maybe even 10s of thousands of players that can't even clear Act 6 just got handed a new progression and now have even less reason to actually take on challenging content. Even worse, they will now have access to most, if not all future content that is normally locked for Paragon+, but they're not even required to beat the Grandmaster.

If missing out on rewards is what it takes to motivate players to actually progress, then that's a fair ask. To the Paragon's who cleared content to get there - keep clearing content. If you don't want to miss out on things you haven't earned, go and earn it like you've done before.

No, Kabam got it right this time, especially if they're just handing out Paragon without the requirement for players to clear content. There can now be Paragon players in Act 4; surely they don't deserve to get a 7* champ. Hopefully this version of reward segregation continues and those that have progressed by progressing through content have the best rewards reserved for them only. If you want them, you know what you have to do.

We still have to play every war and win 60% to maintain t1. It's absurd because the deaths are more punishing the higher you are.

I'm not saying the disconnects doesn't effect lower alliances, but higher alliances boosts bigger and have to heal every fight much much more.

I think Cull is the only one that may be a little concerning but they knew what kind of damage he could do and left him like that anyways so they're probably comfortable with their abilities to make it so he can't just run through all their new content. Mike specifically called him out on stream when he said 9.3 was gated so he couldn't just run through the whole thing. If anyone gets nerfed it'll probably be Voodoo because of his power control

Bastion, Serpent, America Chavez, Red Skull or even Shocker.

Just go with that has the best rotation for you.

For example, Onslaught is a top champion, but I rarely use him because I don't like his rotation at all.
