Imagine a player used to have fun playing ABCD, without needing to spend or “have to do anything” extra.

Now imagine that A becomes buggy, B becomes a slog, C requires lots of money to keep up with, and D is prohibitively resource consuming.

Your “you don’t have to do anything argument” essentially means that this player now only has A-type and B-type content to play. Quantitatively, this player only has half as much things to do, and qualitatively the experience is also worse.

And the “its a business” argument doesn’t really address that a customer can complain when a business makes the experience worse. If a burger starts costing 2x as much, I’m supposed to just not be able to afford the burger anymore but still be happy that Ritchie Rich can still afford to eat that’s burger anymore burger to support the company?

So essentially, your recommendation is to just be happy with 50% of a worse game and to not complain.

If you have to spend thousands of dollars just to make it to Mysterium, then you need to take a look in the mirror my friend.

Also, not every player even in Celestial has Dark Phoenix, so when you say "must have," that just shows how brainwashed you are by the game and your desire to compete with every advantage possible.

That is too vague. They could have at least sent something out today or if not sometime this week. Then provide other bits of compensation as they get closer to resolving the issue.

There are many like us out there, whom have spent thousands of units on the new relics, but weren't able to claim more than 2-3 milestones because the rest of the alliance members decided not to invest. Okay, it is their account and it is perfectly normal to decide wether it is worth it or not for them to participate.

But don't make that a stumbling block for the accounts that have invested a lot in this event.

I would like to see a hard working employee at Kabam not being promoted or not get a salary raise because other employees did not work as hard as him. Would that be fair?? NO!
