Whether or not an individual likes a specific creator, it’s never good for channels to shut down or people with an audience to walk away. More content = more engagement = healthier overall ecosystem for any game, not just MCOC.

That's hilarious. I know it is not a unique sentiment, but frankly it is an idiotic one regardless of how many people sign up for it.

I know many of the members on at least some level, and some I consider friends. But that doesn't mean we all agree; in fact CCP members have hot takes I disagree with all the time, and vice versa. But whether I agree with them or not, I believe the content creators are expressing their actual opinions. Many of them are among the most critical people in the community of Kabam and the game. No one is being told what to say, and I don't think there are many if any that would stand for being told what to say. I would bet the overwhelming majority of them would walk away if Kabam tried to coerce them into saying anything.

As would I. And in the ten plus years I've been here, most of them in communication with the devs on at least some level, and over half of them involved with the content creator program on some level, there has never been a single instance of a developer or community rep trying to convince me to lie about something about the game or the company, or even suggest it in any way.

For good or bad, when you see a content creator express an opinion that you believe no one could possibly have so it must be being fed to them by the company, I'm sorry to say you're wrong: someone can in fact have that opinion.

The problem people have with opinions is curiously the same problem people have with random numbers. Most people don't actually know what randomness is or would recognize it correctly when they see it, so they tend to assume random crystals are rigged when in fact they are just showing exactly what a random source would. Most people think they know how everyone else on Earth thinks and can thus determine on their own what everyone else's opinions should be, and thus cannot recognize when someone has a genuinely different take that they disagree with. Since they can't conceive of agreeing, the whole thing must be a sham, because no one could believe something they themselves do not think is credible.

This is, as I said, hilarious. And trust me, people are laughing. Not always publicly, but still.

They are a full 4k and 6k prestige behind NY who they "beat". 5 and 3k behind us and I know we did all full map 8 and cleared everything.

Its a clear error but the lack of any communication except for our ticket being closed with the message the leader board is correct is really annoying
