(above, or actually end of previous page, the generic Support Response, at least acknowledging they confirm it is a bug).
But in this thread here is at least is list of SOME of the devices affected.
Might need some additional device specific info, to help Kabam try and track down the problem.
When I looked at Moto G54 specs online earlier, it listed some versions as 8GB RAM, while others at only 4GB RAM.
While this bug may not be because of “retiring” Android prior to v10. It could at least be because of higher device requirement in general (for all the graphics, etc, in game to run properly. Or in this case, to EVEN SHOW).
So, what other Detailed Specs on your devices can you all share here, including RAM, and even if potentially your device is maybe getting low on general Storage Capacity. To help Kabam pinpoint this.

Well, it worked in one sense for me. I used Yelena to take about half her health then Serp for the last “regular” 50%.
Then she regened everything and was stunned. So I put it on auto fight, took 3% per sp3. Unfortunately there was no fight summary screen, so no idea how long it took him to throw 33 special 3s…

The Serpent gains power passively.
I'll correct that then: Don't use any champion that activates power gain or has any interaction other than power gain or mystic dispersion.
Don't use any champion with inversion mechanics, autoblock, or anything of the sort.
Finish her off with the most standard champion possible; I finished her off with Korg and it worked.
Two different problems are happening: Champions with power gain mechanics are not able to gain power passively.
Champions with some combo interrupt mechanic are interrupting the degeneration.
From the moment one of the two problems occurs, it won't matter which champion you take; it will remain bugged.
When finishing her off, use a champion that doesn't do either of those things. Korg worked for me; leave her with 1% health and use him.

I used serpent as well and she healed full and I did auto fight 3 percent perc sp3 🥲

I found out what's going on after spending over 200 potions, reviving 20 times, and replaying the fight 20 times.
Yelena and Kushala are bugged.
Yelena probably because of the inversion mechanic.
Kushala doesn't gain power, probably because of her interaction with the mystic dispersion; this must be causing some kind of bug in the game.
I revived and finished Korg, everything went normally.
I want to know if you're going to refund my resources and my time.
In short, don't use either of them. If you use them, the fight will be bugged for all champions and you'll have to redo the fight.

At what point are people gonna continue requesting this (make them available for purchase to finish reaching 80) and then time runs out in order to even trade in those they have for the 7* shards that are available ?
As has already been mentioned, what would happen then if they did make more available for purchase. How it would affect everyone else who was also short but ALREADY traded theirs in for the 7* shards that is in store.
Saying “make more available to purchase”, when others have already done the trade-in (so thus are currently at ZERO, instead of the maybe 78 that they had been at before), would mean you are saying to those other people that they should just BUY a whole ‘nother set of 80 of them with the newly extended extra offers). Just because some people have not yet traded theirs thinking (hoping) that Kabam will extend new purchases for more.
